10 adults and 8 children and we arrived with no reservation yet no fuss and happy to accommodate us. The staff are always friendly and the food always amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Iâve been going 4 years and happily will continue. Family run friendly fantastic restaurant.Dear nellpgk, thanks for sharing your experience at our restaurant with the rest of the world. We love to see how our customers enjoy their time at "El Bodegón".Thanks for trusting us during the last 4 years and counting!Hope to see you soon at our restaurant.Kind regards

I wish this tapas bar was at home!!The owners are brilliant, so friendly and welcoming. We ate here three times having different tapas on each occasion and enjoyed it every time. They serve nice beer and wine to go along with the tapas. They do a tapas deal of four tapas and bread for 10 euros which we shared between us. Amazing value and very tasty. We sat outside one night and as it started to get a bit cooler, the lady appeared with two fleece blankets - so nice.Muchas gracias por su opinión, esperamos verlos de nuevo y pronto, sean felices

Situated in a small open square next to the church, this traditional Spanish restaurant has served us two very enjoyable lunches since our arrival in Valsequillo for a holiday. The plancha-cooked fish, served with the chef's own chips and a generous salad, was much appreciated on our first visit. My wife opted for it again on the second occasion, and I enjoyed a very generous portion of fried pork. The wine, served by the glass, is very drinkable and inexpensive. We shall certainly be calling there again soon! Incidentally, it is just round the corner from the town's main supermarket, so we have been able to shop after lunch without finding another parking space...

We recently enjoyed a family meal at the Basalto restaurant in Santa Brigida, Island of Gran Canaria, Spain, near the Bandama golf course. The food and service were excellent. The young chef specializes in original creations in a fusion of flavors from different points on the culinary map. There is also an appealing array of Canary specialties. We were particularly taken by the homemade desserts.

These people really care about food! Worth travelling for, and exceptionally good value we had main courses and shared a starter and dessert (to die for!), + a couple of drinks all for less than â¬40, excellent service and advice from eager to please staff.

The Canarian chamber of commerce recommended this restaurant as a place with traditional Canarian food. And in fact, it is a really traditional place. When getting in you arrive at a little bar and it doesnt look like a restaurant. But when asking for food we were taken to a room behind which was full with Canarian people, most families having lunch. We were the only tourists. I loved this atmosphere of loud speaking Spanish people, tables without table cloth etc. Really sincere atmosphere. Only one of the staff could speak English but everything worked out fine. The food was kind of cheap, simple but traditional (I assume) and just good.Worth a visit. Also really nice road half way on the mountain.Credit card accepted.Hi, Maximilian, thank you so much for your words, we hope see you again!

This place is incredible. It's not just a restaurant, but a museum of wine! The house red wine is delicious, and simply trusting the owner to recommend the meal is recommended. Everything we ate here was delicious, and we took two bottles of wine home with us!

We stopped at the Tasquita on our way to the airport. The place is a nice Tappas restaurant, with an ample selection of dishes, all typical mediterranean. The service was super friendly and we had a good time.
