We found this lovely restaurant by chance and it could not have been more perfect: a pretty courtyard, very friendly and attentive staff, and the most delicious food. We shared a goats cheese salad, the Mallorcan plate and some beers. It proved to be the quintessential holiday lunch, the kind that you instantly recall when you reminisce about your holiday. Weâre going back today. And probably tomorrow.....

It looks a very nice place and has a good atmosphere, however the food was not as I expected from a recommendation and from the impression it gives. It was satisfactory but nothing special and the wine was also just average.

The restaurant C'an Costa it's a small family restaurant, It was opened in 1975, and since then we serve the same recipes of our grandma. It is located only 2.5 km from Valldemossa, one of the most emblematic villages on the island and in the heart of Ser
After reading all your reviews some of which were rated excellent, good & average with many positive comments about food, atmosphere and service we decided to visit last night as we are currently staying at the Continental Hotel which is 1.5 kms away...The restaurant opens at 1930,we arrived at 2040 and there were only 2 other tables dining. We were greeted courteously and seated at a nice table, the ambience was very nice. We ordered some drinks and a bottle of wine. Reviews had commented about the quality of food and in particular the Lamb Cutlets. We both ordered the same only when the waiter returned they were âno longer availableâ (even though the restaurant was not busy). Our 2nd choice was the Suckling Pig, which guess what? was also not available. So I had Sea Bass, my partner had an alternative pork dish. When we ordered some dessert, we asked for the Almond Cake with Almond Ice Cream. Alas, there was no Almond Ice Cream available, so we chose vanilla. When it arrived it was very basic, the cake was not almond cake, it was very bland and dry. Given that the restaurant was not busy and so many items were unavailable and we were not late (people dine later in Spain!) we felt disappointed... The waiter was very kind & friendly but didnât speak good English. However we parted on good terms but Iâm not so sure weâd rush back. Maybe we were just âunluckyâ.

Our restaurant is located in the Palace of King Sanç, in Plaza Cartuja. It is one of the most beautiful places you could imagine and one that has had the honour of having welcomed Kings, Emperors and Presidents from all over the world.
We were delighted to stumble across this fantastic restaurant on our first evening in Valldemossa. Tired and hungary after a delayed flight we soon felt happy and at ease. The menu is small - always a good thing- and the food is interesting, beautifully presented and delicious. The chef is really talented and the portion sizes were spot on.The indoor area is unpretentious and charming and the upper terrace is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our stay here.Dear Donna,We thank you for choosing La Posada Restaurant and for sharing your experience with the online community and give us your feedback.Thank you very much for all your comments regarding to our restaurant. We really appreciate your nice comments about our services.La Posada and its team are working very hard to improve our service on the daily basis.Best Regards,

We drove here after walking around in Valldemossa and had a nice lunch by the water. Service and food was good. The view was amazing - but be ware of the drive down as it is not for the faint hearted (very narrow serpentine road).

Es Taller is the converted mechanic's garage of Valldemossa set back away from the busy streets in the centre of town. It is full of light, surrounded by greenery, with views of the mountains above from the sunny terrace. The vibe is very down to earth. Y
Super friendly and helpful staff squeezed us in even though they were very busy. Food was incredible and portion sizes were perfect. We were able to try four or five dishes and they were all fantastic. Lovely waitresses and very cool interiors. Highly recommend. Hope to return!

Located in the heart of Valldemossa. In a historical building with original and antique furniture and decoration. QuitaPenas is a place where you can taste, enjoy and buy to bring home the best and authentic Mallorcan food. Table reservation and small grou
Run by two italian colleagues; they use local good quality products to offer a very reduced menu options based on pa amb oli. 4 portions are 24 euros. Drinks are VERY expensive. Finally they do not give you a regular official ticket so that money for sure does not contribute to local economyDear Sarah thanks to appreciating the quality of our food and I respect your personal opinion on the prices of the drinks . Thatâs only a point that I would like to clarify : we make a regular ticket for every bill but the majority of our customers didnât take it and I throw it to the paper bin .Itâs so automatic that sometimes I make and immediately I throw without asking to the customer if they want it or not . We buy and sell almost only local products made by Mallorcan companies .. I think that we care a lot the local economy.

With its wood and concrete interior, and light shades made partly from recycled plastic bottles(!), this is a café worth a side-street detour. If you are gluten-free, then great. So is most of the baking on offer, as are the pancakes. I opted for a gluten-free almond and apricot muffin which was excellent, as was the peppermint tea I had with it. My companion opted for a coffee made with almond milk and turmeric and a gluten-free chocolate muffin - both excellent. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, morning coffee or afternoon tea. Another Sóller gem!
