Elegance, simplicity, a place of refined good taste, meticulous attention to detail: the Palazzo Ranucci Tuscania reopens its doors in the heart of the country, between the ancient walls of the seventeenth century. The top of the stairs reserve a wonderfu
Beautiful atmosphere on the rooftop terrace. Menu not very extensive and very expensive for the area. My wife and I shared a starter, a plate of pasta each (which was a very small serving), and we shared a tagliata which was reasonable well cooked. We also shared a desert and a bottle of local red. â¬70 in total. I suppose we paid for the atmosphere and service in the end. But for the number 1 restaurant in tuscania I was expecting something else. Overall, average food served up on a fancy plate.

We had dinner here on recommendation from relatives. I had friggitelli stuffed with cod and spaghetti with olives, capers, cherry tomatoes and cod cubes. Both were quite good although I would have used a thinner pasta instead of spaghetti. My wife had a tartare and grilled filet. A cup of strawberries and a bottle of white wine completed the meal. The food was good and the staff friendly and efficient. The price felt slightly too high, but not disproportionate compared to the qyality

Tuna that tasted of meat, a hair in the first plate of vegetables and the substitute plate blatantly defrosted 3 seconds before, as well as the waitress appearing terribly insulted that I would dare point any of this out, I expected more. 2 stars because my husband's steak with funghi porcini and truffle was excellent, and I have to say the pasta dishes did look very inviting.

Amazing food and very high quality local sourced ingredients. Some food combinations are quite different and adventurous but they work and produce spectacular dishes that you may have never tasted before. One of the best restaurants I know. Good quality food, very polite and helpful staff, lovely in the summer when you can eat out as well. Highly recommended for special occasions or also for a meal out. Prices are medium high but it is well worth it.

A dream come true! After years in the kitchen, Chef Pino realizes his dream and, with his wife Luisella, gives life to a miniature Restaurant in the historical centre of Tuscania where they can welcome their customers as at home. Chef Pino is a histrionic
We went there twice in two days. Pino and Luisella are the owners and fantastic hosts. They are wonderful warm people... extremely friendly. I know that I have personally made new life-long friends. Luisella is more than kind and Pino is a very creative chef. Listen to what he suggests and you will think you had the best Italian food this side of heaven. And, oh by the way, my husband was born and raised in Italy but has lived in the States since he was 21... and is now a "senior citizen" and he thinks that Pino's food is some of the best in Italy.

In the middle of the ancient medieval village of Tuscania, "Le Sette Cannelle" offers a wide choice of typical dishes of Tuscia, true specialties for those who love tradition, good food and genuine flavors and a wide range of pizzas with original and tast
The restaurant has a nice outdoor terrace for warm-weather dining -- I didn't really explore the interior. Pasta with wild boar rage was not terribly exciting, but the gnocchi with spek ham in a creamy sauce was quite good. Seemed to host a combination of tourists and locals.

I was here with a group of friends from Viterbo (the nearby town) and we extremely enjoyed place and food in a convivial atmosphere. 1. The place: it's situated at the center of one of the more beautiful medieval "borgo" of all the province. We went on evening but if you come by morning you can enjoy a spectacular panorama over the upfront valley. 2. The food: I took a delicious appetizer of local cheese and cured meats. Next I went for a carbonara with truffle, never tried like that and it's amazing. All meats come from sustainable and local (km0) farm animals.3. Beverages: you have a wide range of red and white wines, all from biological cultures! All very good.4. Personnel: perfect service and really kind people even too much! They brought us some tonic liquor at the end we didn't even ask.To try.

Il Trebbo is a small and cozy restaurant in the heart of Tuscaniaâs historic center. A relaxed atmosphere, essential taste and love for tradition makes this place an oasis of harmony where you can rediscover and enjoy the value of time devoted to convivia
Visited Tuscania to see the old part of town. Picked this restaurant because it did not look like a restaurant in an ancient town. Contemporary look. Great wine by the glass, Pasta was fantastic.Pleasant helpful staff

The concept of "dieci sedie" (ten chairs) restaurant develops from the desire to offer a new restaurant experience, uncomplicated and enjoyable. Let the chef tell you the menù of the day based on the availability of the best seasonal and local ingredients
Really excellent, thoughtful cooking in a charming corner of pretty Tuscania, (visit San Pietro and Santa Maria Maggiore). Fixed menu of fishy delights, lost track of the number of dishes that came out. All were delicious. â¬40 each for a feast including wine, water, pudding, coffee and digestif. A real treat, thank you!
