Discover Restaurants offering the best Mediterranean food in Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden. Often referred to as the Venice of the North, Stockholm never fails to wow both visitors and locals with its impressive cityscape spread over 14 different islands. While being the largest city in Scandinavia, it has successfully preserved its green core and struck the right balance between modern and traditional architecture, infused with luscious parks and forests. It's convenient to explore the central islands by foot, by bike, or as part of a boat tour; but don’t rush and do as the locals do: always save time for a fika (coffee and cake) in a local coffee shop.

Linguini is a cosy authentic Italian in the middle of Stockholm. Itâs a hidden gem as it looks unassuming from the outside but as you step inside the restaurant opens up. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and our food was served extremely quickly I couldnât actually believe it! The food itself is delicious and at an appropriate price tag. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Visited this small italian restaurant with some colleagues whilst on a brief trip to Stockholm. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service first class. Like all restaurants in the city by UK standards it was not cheap (circa £200 inc just one bottle of wine) but by Stockholm standards on par.

Followed tripadvisor recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Good service and excellent fresh ingredients. I enjoyed tider prawns, lamb kofta, baklava and lebanese coffee flavoured with cardamom. Not the cheapest meal in Stockholm but for the quality well worth it.As a single diner I managed to get a table but for groups booking may be necessary.OK wine too!

We had the tzatziki, pita and garlic bread for starters, followed by a halloumi burger & mousaka. Service was quick, but the waiter was not very friendly. Luckily the food was extremely tasty! Had the service been as good as the food, I would have given them 5/5.

Restauraunt closed for the summer and will be open again as of Aug 8th 2016.
Tutto Bello is a small Italian restaurant with lovely interior and great food. We only had pizza which was made out of the most delicious dough and topped with lots of delicious toppings. The prices were amazing for Stockholm standards! There were only two waiters which was enough for the size of the restaurant and both of them were lovely and service was very quick. I would definitely recommend visiting Tutto Bello!

Visited with family as it was within a short walk and we fancied something different from the usual Italian/burger options that appear rife. Their mains are huge, and one each easily sufficed. The Meze options also all looked nice from around. Beautifully cooked meat and nice traditional dips with friendly service. would thoroughly recommend, especially at a reasonable price.

O'Pizzicato is a family-owned Italian restaurant in Stockholm. We are modern Italian who serve over 100 different wines from most Italian regions together with well-prepared dishes. With us you can order thinly cut prosciutto with our berkelmachine, delic
This place is not situated in the best area. But they make good italian food. And they have an eye for details. Had the ossu bocco. It was perfect. And the house wine was more than ok. Had a nice evening.

This was a superb evening comprising great food, with many great choices and really friendly service Between us we managed to try half the tapas menu and are resolved to come back and try the other half. We particularly enjoyed the charcuterie and the halloumi fries, but to pick two out is unfair on the rest. The lamb, shrimp dumplings and goats cheese with honey were also excellent. Indeed, across 16 choices we did not find a bad option. For beer we tried the draft beer. Don't. The draft is average, however the 100 watt IPA is an unexpected delight.Service was exceptionally friendly and chatty. We were made to feel very welcome. A great place and highly recommended.

Winebar and italien restaurant
This wine bar has the perfect combination of brilliant wine, excellent food and a really good atmosphere. Our visit here was the highlight of our trip to Stockholm. The wine bar was packed as it was early Friday evening but we were fortunate enough to squeeze into a couple of window seats. It was obviously our lucky day. The buzz in the place was amazing - and its particularly reassuring when there are so many local enjoying the place. The quality of the wine chosen for us was quite simply superb from first to last. Putting your faith in the Corvina staff was a leap of faith but they really didn't let us down.We opted to start with the Antipasti which was amazing quality. There were six different meats on the board and each one of them oozed taste. The Corvina were very generous with the quantities too.My pasta del corvina smacked of truffle oil and outshone my wife's fish risotto by a mile. But we were both very happy without food and drink. One thing to note- they don't take cash. They kindly made an exception for us as we didn't have our cards with us.

Found this lovely Greek restaurant in Soedermalm via Tripadvisor. Small but very cosy. Nice and very friendly staff. The food was excellent, one of the best entrecôtes I have eaten in Stockholm. We had a Greek red wine, a blend of Merlot, Syrah and Xinomavro grapes, fruity and with strong tannins. Very nice with the meat and excellent value. All in all a very good experience.
