We come to Soave quite regularly and getting more and more into this enoteca/restaurant. They offer lovely aperitifs with classy tramezzini. We have been recently positively surprised by the quality and care to offer high quality food. Very good cocktail of shrimps, ChateauBriand was super; dessert ( salame al cioccolato and semifreddo ) were as well outstanding in their presentation and taste. Wine offering is good but bottles price range tent too high, single glasses offering can fit any wallet. Two small possible points of improvement: quality of young people in service can further step up: location is great, food is great, service is good but there is space to make this place shine. Enlarge wine offering with few more medium low cost bottles.

I had dinner in this restaurant last night with my husband and our Italian friend. This was my first visit but my husband and friend have dined here several times for business. On arrival we were given complimentary prosecco followed by a small pancake filled with ricotta and then some very tasty ham..again complimentary ( amuse bouche) I chose the scallops which were served in their shell and there were four large scallops served in different ways.I then had the clam prawn mussels dish served with a delicious tomato sauce, one of the best seafood dishes I have tasted.I then had a chocolate mousse ,which was complimentary and then I was too full up for anything else apart from a lemoncello. Would definately recommend and hope to be returning.

In occasione del mercatino Dell antiquariato e di altre festività o ponti siamo aperti anche alla domenica. à sempre gradita la prenotazione. Grazie
This restaurant has very amusing and memorable decor, lots of kilner-type jars used in very different ways. A strong talking point. My husband chose steak with fontina sauce, medium cooking for the steak, and I chose ravioli with truffle sauce. When our meal arrived my ravioli were perfect, but my husband's plate was covered in blood - a sure sign that the steak had been cooked 'rare'. When he told the waitress she returned it to the kitchen, of course. However, when the plate reappeared at the table it was clear that the chef had returned the steak to the pan complete with the sauce - thus rendering the whole meal inedible. My husband told the waitress that the steak was now too tough to eat. We decided to call it a day as we had lost faith in the kitchen. On the plus side, the kitchen admitted the error and the restaurant took my husband's meal off the bill. It was a real shame as we had visited the restaurant some years ago. Our last experience had encouraged us to return, and we had been impressed by the new look it now has.The restaurant was busy enough, so hopefully our experience was unusual. We don't live locally, so we can't pop in again on the off-chance though.

We really enjoyed a prawn pasta ribbon dish here called Maltagl Mazz Porri. The prawns were so fresh and the simple sauce was delicious. We sat downstairs in a vaulted ceiling room which was atmospheric and the restaurant quickly filled up after 7.30pm. My only disappointment was the chocolate tiramisu which was like eating a chocolate ganash and had a strong almond essence which wasn't to my taste. However, would highly recommend the pasta.

The pasta here is lovely - handmade with egg and cooked perfectly. The sauces are simple and showcase the pasta while still being tasty. I had the olives, capers, mushroom and chilli and could not fault it. The coffee which followed was one of the best I've ever had. The espresso was rich and strong but still very smooth without any hint of bitterness. Service was friendly and professional.

This restaurant is beautifully situated in the soave hills with a view of the castle. It is somewhat fancy. Food was delicious, especially the non traditional carpaccio. There is a modern take on the classic Italian recipes. So expect a lot of taste. The restaurant has good value for money, however you will spend more than you want because of the beautiful surroundings and the delicious food. Be prepared ;) the hosts are professional and kind.

Pasta to die for. What else is there to say? English is limited, but it's worth pulling out translator.com to figure out the menu. It was recommended by an Italian friend. The location is right near the city wall--the quiet transports you back in time.

This town is lovely and the castle very interesting. We stopped for lunch and the house special for lunch pumpkin ravioli. It was the best I have ever eaten. The menu was interesting - not the usual pizza place. Also ordered swordfish carpaccio. The desserts were fabulous. Inside the place is ancient with marble columns and a historic bar. Many locals were eating there.

The restaurant is truly traditional Italian with no English menu and staff speaks only Italian but they are welcoming! Food are great, we started with a salad and trio fish as apetitizer, then duck meat pasta as 1st dish which are all fantastic! Main I had grilled sea bass which is really delicious! Unfortunately my partner had an under cooked beef dish, otherwise everything will be perfect! The meal of course comes with a local Soave Classico. The restaurant have a very comprehensive wine list! Ambiance was great too! Will definitely come back again!

Visited this great restaurant three times last week. On each occasion we were greeted as old friends. Service is excellent, we did not speak Italian and the waiter didnât have much English but between us we selected some really good dishes. First night we did three courses, on the second we reduced to two as three were too much. The owner and his staff were very friendly even when we turned up with a party of seven without booking on our last visit. The two children in our group were very welcomed and they loved everything.Dear Raemoriman, thank you for your evaluationwe are very excited about your words. You and your friends will be ever welcome in our Trattoria's familyHave a great day
