I liked the decoration and the atmosphere of this restaurant. Its location is very convenient as well. The working staff are welcoming and friendly.A lot of plates to choose from. It can suit almost all. The quality of the food is nice. The prices are reasonable.
The restaurant is not very expensive but I didn't like the service. There were not some dishes of the menu; the staff didn't speak French very well and they didn't explain good all the prices. I do not come back there.

Our hotel receptionist sent us here, somewhat insistently! But when we arrived we saw the point. Downstairs is takeaway, upstairs for dining. Everything is very clean, the fresh fish and meat are on display in a chilled area and the service was very swift. My filet de boeuf six champignons was delicious and exactly cooked a point (medium rare). Only thing I fail to understand is why the desserts on the menu weren't available and only fresh fruit was on offer. We got cakes from Ciao Ciao instead!

Kerkennah Islands are famous for their seafood and you really can't do better than eat here. I was staying at the Hotel Cercina next door, in Sidi Fredj and was brought here from the port by a fisherman. The hotel itself is very quiet, but the restaurant is buzzing. It was obvious that groups from other hotels come here to sample the seafood. I tried the octopus salad which is a speciality of the island. The setting at the waters edge is spectacular. You can see the glow of gasfields out on the horizon. As you eat - the workers from the gas platforms arrive back on the quay by the restaurant.

It is a hidden restaurant without any luxury. The place seems a bit like a garage, with long shared tables. They have very fresh fish. Every day new things. Very well prepared. Delicious, even if a bit overpriced. Around 30 dinars each.

A very kind local lady led us to this restaurant, saying it was one of the very best in Sfax. I was very surprised therefore to find very shoddy service, and very average food. Waiter was barely polite, generally looked like he'd rather be anywhere else and took a tip despite his poor effort. We had some lovely meals in Tunisia but unfortunately this wasn't one of them!
