Book ahead in busy times or you'll be disappointed! Run by the same local team for the last 20 years, this restaurant is a must for anyone visiting Odemira and its environs. An excellent range of starters and main courses are augmented by wonderful attentive service from a maitre-de who really knows his stuff. All the food is freshly prepared and anything on the menu will be a delight, but don't ask for fish on a Monday - they don't have any deliveries on Sundays!

Nice that this place has outside seating not far from the beach. The octopus salad for starter was actually good, but the fish was the worst I've had in the Alentejo coast. Service was dead slow. It took the waiters 33 min to bring my grilled fish. When it came to pay the check the servers were so confused that customers had to queue inside the restaurant to pay. If you waited at your table you'd better bring a sleeping bag for dinner.

We are two friends visiting Azenha Do Mar beach and stopped by the restaurant for some drinks. The service was really poor and they treat us (asian people) like we were not going to pay the bill. I saw that they respect other foreigners but the behave was different to us. I was really disappointed with the service.

What an amazing find in this small town - situated on the top of the hill just behind the windmill. So well worth the walk up from the town centre/square.Fantastic tapas, beautifully presented and very tastey.Not the most expensive meal of our trip to this part of Portugal, but certainly the best.if you want to make it a cheaper eat, then chose the salad bowl followed by the fruit platter - both your wallet and your stomach will be satisfied. But, you must try the tapas.Lovely little restauarnt and very friendly and knowledgeable staff made for a great evening.We will be back next time we are in the area, for sure.Go here you will not be disappointed.

The arroz de tamboril is simply amazing. Just these is enough to go there. Very friendly service. Very fresh fish from the nearby fisherman.

This was by far one of the most delicious seafood dinners we had the pleasure to eat. Everything was seasoned perfectly and presented beautifully. The service was outstanding in a beautiful environment. We will be back for sure.Dies war mit Abstand eines der köstlichsten Abendessen mit Meeresfrüchten, die wir gegessen haben. Take two owners who hail from the pizza capitals of the world, Italy and Chicago, add their huge smiles, solid restaurant experience and can do attitudes and you have the justifiably best restaurant in this sweet town on the Fishermanâs Trail. We enjoyed the goat cheese, beet and arugula salad along with two pizzas and freshly made panna cotta. This young couple understands the meaning of good food with excellent service. Selected this restaurant based on other TA reviews and were not disappointed. The monkfish and clam stew was excellent and so were the shrimps. Would return without hesitation. Note that this place is cash only unless you have a Portuguese credit card.

Very welcoming stuff, simple and cleary understandable menue. Food after apetizers arrived pretty fast- in 20 minits. Tasted arroz tamburilu, which is pretty big porcion for 2 persons. Did not even finish all dish :/ delicious cake, which was served really big peace, so we shared it! Amazing fruit sangria from champagne! First impression- so simple and almoust empty restaurant.. but in really nice atmpsphere. Advising for lunch!
