We stayed here for a week and ate in the restaurant several times. It is family run and they are a delight. They speak some other languages, a little English for instance. Dinner has been excellent.with many and varied choices. Very good pizza. Recommended.

I had a wonderful time and so did my family and friends. Everything is made by Tore and his mum, who are true sardinians!! Proceddu (little pig roasted) was succulent and the skin so crunchy I almost cried of joy, cheese that Tore makes is just soooooooo excellent (even the surprise cheese at the end)I wanted to just say thanks to him and his mum for the greatest dinner i had on my holiday.

WE visited here for dinner with friends who have been before and we were not disappointed. although outside Villaputzu, the restaurant is just off the main highway and easy to find. THe building is large and modern and caters for large parties as well as more normal dining needs. THe very large dining room is rather too well lit and painted white, so intimate dining isn't really possible, however, it is the food on the plate and the outstanding service that are really important and we got both this evening. A full menu is offered and would probably be very good but we were recommended to order the antipasti Misti, caldo e Freddo (hot and cold), followed by a dessert (dolce). DEpending on the fish available we were presented with a wide range of dishes for the four of us, from shark through to tempura prawns and they were delicious with the very nice bottle of vermentino we chose. THe maitre d' speaks excellent English, having spent 4 years in London as a head waiter at the Ritz Hotel. IN summary, an excellent dining experience. THe total bill was E130 for 4 of us, including a cover charge, wine, water and bread. THe atmosphere (ambiente) could be improved by softer lighting, but for hotter times of year there is a large terrace to use for dining.HIghly recommended and we do hope that local Sardinian people will support this restaurant for an alternative dining experience.

We were there about 3 times during our visit in Sardinia. The antipasti were delicious, Fish on the grill is also very big and served perfectly. We did not pay much for what we got, I would simply suggest to hire more People so the service can also be quicker!

We came here with a big group of people for dinner. The Agriturismo is in the middle of a field. It is a simple, rustic place where the food is made on the premises. We had grilled vegetables with a Pesto, home made bread, olives, cheeses, onion bread, Potato Ravioli and Porceddu (roast suckling pig) This was followed by cake, coffee and liquors. Everything was delicious and full of flavour and came in generous portions. Service was efficient and friendly. It was an authentic Sardinian farmhouse experience.

We asked for a recommendation to try Porceddu,, i.e. pig from the spit - this is an Agriturismo, which means that you don't choose, you just get the specialties of the day, starting with the appetizers, which were really good, then primi made of local pasta, and finally the main course. The primi, Culurgiones and Malloreddus, were both really good, my favorite being the Malloreddus. We were however disappointed by the meat: it was served almost cold, the pork we had was only skin and fat, so that we had to ask for an additional serving and the goat was so chewy you could barely eat it... I had better ones in the Northern region by Alghero. Wouldn't go back.

We only stop to take two slices of pizzas and one beer, the pizza was dry and old, and the prices are too high for such a service!

I have never had an eating experience like this. It's just 10 places in a garden in a house on a side street of Muravera that you'd never stumble onto by yourself. We were sent by our b&b. There's no choice. They just bring starter after starter of the freshest seafood you'll ever eat, then a copious pasta dish, then plenty more fresh fish. Everything is fished by the waiter. The price is ridiculously reasonable. I suppose the fact there's no menu means that it's ideal if you don't speak Italian, but you'd miss out on the fun and informative conversations with the hosts. And walk here, don't drive, because at the end they keep pulling out the after-dinner digestivi.
