Established for 32 years To Kyma is a family owned and run restaurant specializing in traditional Greek food with a modern twist made with the purest ingredients that we can find on the island. We are vegan and vegetarian friendly with a big variety of sa
We went here thanks to a TripAdvisor recommendation and it didn't disappoint. The tavern is by the water, the colours are so pretty, looks very genuine. The owner was very friendly and funny and accommodating! The food was delicious - we got tzatziki and Greek salad and meat dishes. Everything was great, tasty and the portions huge! This place was a great way to start the culinary journey in Samos!

Eating in Greece is good. Eating on Samos is better. Since Four Seasons in Pythagoreio covers both of those you might guess we enjoyed eating there.Four Seasons is on the waterfront, as are many of the restaurants in Pythagoreio. Since nearly every restaurant there is outdoor seating, as it is cooler outside, if you are along the waterfront it would is cooler. Besides the water view there are so many people walking along the waterfront all the time so if nothing else free entertainment with people watching. Some of the restaurants are completely covered, in case it rains or is too hot from the sun, and some are partly covered. four Seasons is partly covered and has a section that can be extended to cover a greater area. The menu is right out in front so you can view it before committing to eating there. Someone will probably ask if they can seat you or help you, but not in a pushy manner. All of the tables have a view but of course the ones toward the rear are partly blocked by other tables and people. It is usually warmer toward the rear as well. The menu has a wide variety of starters and entrees to choose from and everything we ordered was very good. Exception for all the restaurants : depending upon the season that you are there remember that fresh true lamb is only available for a short time of the year. So if lamb is out of season it might be a bit tough. There is a good variety of alcoholic drinks available also at decent prices. We tend to order Greek dishes as we enjoy them so much. We talked to some other people while dining there and they all enjoyed the pizza at Four Seasons.Desert comes with the meal and varies as to what they have made for the day. We were never disappointed.Prices do not vary that much from one waterfront restaurant to another for similar dishes. Most Europeans eat later so bear this in mind as it can get quite crowded during certain times. There is never a rush to finish your meal in Greece. Relax and enjoy.

We went twice to the Kampos Grill. The first visit was at nighttime and we ordered a few Mezes and some beef- and lamb-souvlaki-plates - which were good but in our opinion just a little overpriced. Due to some ordering recommendations from locals we still gave it another shot - returning for a small lunch consisting of three delicious (!!) pita gyros sandwhiches and a fresh, very tasty salad - everything pitch-perfectly prepared and at a much more moderate price. It's never too late to change opinion - hence, we can now we can only chime in the chorus of praise for this small, lovely place in the lush shadow beneath a tree. We will definitely be back a third time for the spectacular pork ribs that the very sympathetic owner recommended. Rest of the crew was very friendly, too!

Leon has traditional dishes from the village. We had stuffed squash flowers, gigantes, horiatiki and burekia. Everything was fresh and delicious. Homemade by wonderful Irini and served with a smile by friendly Vasilia! Thank you.

Holiday, 3 elderly ladies from Finland, good friends of Greek food: In Restaurant Kamara we got delicious food in a very friendly atmosphere and we got quick & efficient service. We ate there few times and after visiting some other restaurants (which proved to be at best very average), we came back to Kamara also on the last 2 nights of our holiday....just to be sure that we get something good to eat. And so we did. Thank you guys!

In a fantastic location overlooking the Aegean Sea and just 100 meters further from the port of Pythagorion, our restaurant is located. With a 29-year history in Greek traditional cuisine, you can cook grilled meals as well as cooked meals from the freshe
We visited Lakis last month during our visit of Samos. Lakis is a really friendly man and so is his staff. He stood by our table every 5 minutes to ask whether everything was okay. At first we did not know why. At the end we found out, that it is because he wanted a good rating on this website. The souvlaki was so dry. My husband ordered the pork souvlaki, it was dry. I ordered the beef souvlaki, also very dry and not tasty at all. Even the dessert which was given to us, was too much and not tasy. I am sorry Lakis, you are a wonderfull host. But I have had better food in Samos. Further, it makes me wonder why your restaurant is the nr 1 in Samos. I hope it is not because you are so overly friendly and leave people no choice and at the end you beg for a nice rating. You have to be a very bad colleague (miss lady) to deal with me! what you write shows how stupid you are and how poor your mind is..1.if we see that the criticism is written by a customer and that the staff every five minutes asked if the food was good without getting a negative answer. we know the food we offer to the world and we know how to look it in the eyes! if you are a customer you should really be ashamed or not well in your minds2.we can't ask for reviews from customers who aren't happy with someone who doesn't like the flavors, nor do we force anyone to write.3.if you really ate here you showed us your fake self. Shame on you if you are a colleague I have one to tell you. This tree has long roots and is not afraid of air or thunderstorms stays in place strong!did you understand miss lady? or else stupidmy restaurant is one of 100 best in greece! After 10 years of succesful presence in the small square of Manolates âAAAâ Restaurant opens wings and lands in a new home at Platanakia Agios Konstantinos. The new "AAA" is located at NR Samos - Karlovasi, at the crossroad for Manolates - Agios Konstanti
Very good food in a lovely, family friendly (and family run) environment. AAA is just a short drive (10mind) from Kokari but feels miles off the beaten tourist paths. The service crew is attentive, friendly and competent. everything that came out of the kitchen was great! This place is specialized in meat dishes, so make sure to check out their varying daily menu (i loved the lamb with rosemary in red wine sauce). What's more to wish for? Oh, yes - when the bill came, we were very pleasantly suprised at the very reasonable pricing for this kind of high quality. Absolutely deserving of the high ranking on TripAdvisor.

I'd heard good things about Orizontas from friends who are from Samos, and was not disappointed: the menu offers some very creative dishes (the beetroot millefeuille was scrumptious) and the view is superb. Coupled with the modern and airy ambiance, and the friendly service, this is a restaurant that I would highly recommend - it is certainly worth the drive up to Platanos.
