For me is one of the best pizza in town. The ingredients are excellent and the pizza with the wholemeal dough is very testy.Average prices (4⬠for a Margherita). The only cons is that the restaurant is very busy during the weekend and usually you have to wait sometimes to have the meal.. but it is Worth!

Our ambition: to offer customers innovative cuisine that keeps firm foundation with the surrounding area through the use of raw materials of high quality .
Nice restaurant, seating inside and outside. Beautiful location on a little town with cobblestone streets, church with bell tower, amazing views. The food is pretty good as well, but on the expensive side. Definitly worth a try and the drive there.

I love thick pizza and here you can find the perfect one. Moreover you can chose the doughs: normal, black, wholemeal. The taste is fine but my problem was after the meal.I drunk about 2 liters of water because of the salty pizza. I suppose not only the dought was too much salty but also the tomato souce.

Dai cappelle
It's a small restaurand with quite a romantic atmosphere. The menu offers typical regional dishes, pizza and there's really rich menu for meat lovers. The selection of wines is excellent for reasonable and fair price. I'd suggest you to order the table before you come as I've always seen it full of people. The staff is very kind and quick. It's always a pleasure to return there.

This was second visit to Prima o Poi in abut four months and the restaurant delivered once again. From the antipasti through the main course and finally the desert. The restaurant have a family ambiance, it almost feels like your in some ones dining room. The staff i attentive and friendly.I'm celiac and requires a gluten free diet, this was no problem for Prima o Poi. For example we were served the delicious sardines in olive oil who are accompanied with some toasted bread on the side, one of the "sharing" plates did not have bread present and was placed adjacent to me, as well as a package of gluten free crackers. For main course I had the lobster-(gluten free)pasta, with tomato sauce. If one brakes down this dish, to them self the raw ingredients are not complicated, but putting them together with care and love transformed them in to one of the best meal I have ever had, the tomato sauce had such a complexity and depth, the execution was 5/5 in my book. For the desert I had three scopes of the home made gelato; hazelnut, pistachio and vanilla. What was really a big extra in my book was that when the waitress guided me through the desert menu do to gluten free, she pointed one dish and said; this is what you ordered last time you were here. I guess my bad Italian did make an impression. A nice friendly touch by the waitress, this is what defines Prima o Poi.I will for sure return to Prima o Poi next time I'm in the vicinity.

Fantastic food. Location is even better than 2 yrs ago (Cavallino Bianco). Service and food is #1 price is also resonable! Can only recommend! I will take my customers here in the near future as better than other local restaurants in both service and quality. Highly recommend the home made fried Aubergine and Chocolate salami!!

If you happen to be around Gonzaga or Reggiolo (Reggio Emilia) find the time to try this local restaurant : Pleasantly and professionally run, the menu is entirely of local recepies. The pumkin tortelli are fabulous, the "guancia di maiale", (pork cheek) just superb. Must have a Lambrusco during the meal. Have the sbrodolona for desert.
