The place first caught my because of the beautiful interior so I have been trying it out with my Mum. To be honest there are nit too many exciting places in this neighbourhood. The service is friendly yet discreet and once you start testing the delicious tapas (and wine) it is actually hard to stop :-)

We booked this restaurant on a Friday evening and we enjoyed its nice and cosy atmopshere. The menu also in English is written on blackboards and has a Mediterranean influence: we had pot au feu and winter salad and then fish.The main problem - apart from the starter portions being a bit too small - is that service can improve: we had to wait one hour for main courses and then they arrived without the changes that we requested.Good that they offered the beer as a compensation when we paid the reasonable bill.

It's little wine cafe was an excellent find while wandering around Loschwitz on a Sunday afternoon. The wine was excellent and the cheese was amazing. The waiter was very pleasant. I tend on returning and making this a regular relaxing spot while I'm in Dresden!

Had dinner here during a business meeting not too long ago. Ended up in one of the dining rooms which had a great ambiance. Enjoyed their 4-course menu together with partnering wines. Great place for a more luxurious dinner without paying star prices. Food was delicious and it was a great experience with an eye for detail. Would love to go back with my better half some day.

When visiting Dresden, I can't resist the temptation to visit Villa Marie.What to mention first? Location, staff or cuisine? All are outstanding.A great menu including Italian food to suit all tastes, beautifully served by friendly and attentive staff.The location in the stylish 19th century building adjacent to the Elbe.Worth the visit, go ahead and spoil yourself!

Eine Empfehlung für alle, die eine gute Pizza mögen, entspannt im Biergarten sitzen und freundlich bedient werden wollen. Wir haben hier Kindergeburtstag gefeiert und uns gefreut, dass der Koch auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingeht. Leider ist das Ristorante wohl noch wenig bekannt, anders können wir uns die fehlenden Gäste nicht erklären. Am leckeren Essen, das jetzt nicht sehr ausgefallen daherkommt, liegt es jedenfalls nicht. Sehr moderate Preise sind ein weiteres Argument für einen Abstecher.

After several nights of having convenience food for dinner it was time for a proper meal. This one was a winner thanks to your recommendation ....it was helpful that they had an extensive English menu to choose from too as unfortunately we donât speak German. It was well priced too.

Fabulous restaurant! Itâs located outside the old town, but thereâs a tram stop a 5-minute walk away. The food was superb. The iced lemon yoghurt soup was amazing. So was the amuse bouche, which was a wonderful avocado-infused sour cream concoction served over tomato bread. I loved my pork and octopus (which included a delicious pumpernickel paté topped with a sun-dried tomato glaze). The octopus, by the way, was the best Iâve ever had. My wifeâs guinea fowl was perfectly cooked. The sour cream rhubarb ice cream was heavenly. This was one of the best two or three meal we had during our month-long stay in Germany (and one of the others has a Michelin star). The chef is delightfully creativeâwe think heâs going to be a star himself.We ate outside, on a warm summer evening, which was very pleasant. The wait staff was informative, and steered us to excellent but reasonably priced wines, which paired well with our mains. I couldnât recommend Stresa more highlyâit was a real high point of our trip.
