Like many of you, for some sorry reason, I like to read the negative reviews first. In this case, I read the negative reviews after we dined. As usual, the one stars are made up of kooks. This is a phenomenal restaurant! Iâm a steak snob, very picky. The filet, one of the best ever. Service was terrific. Donât miss this place. Best in Tamarindo!

We went there 3 times during our two week stay. Unanimous choice for our group of two couples. The staff are very good. The menu is large and sometimes hard to choose which to have. Fresh snapper with leaks and cream, pasta dishes, gnocchi gorgonzola all delicious. Nice red wines. Made it to dessert only once, gelato was very good.Very good, will return. Reservations if larger group for sure.

Small, family run restaurant walking distance from the Turtle Education center. Even though itâs a husband and wife run restaurant the owners do their best to take care of everyone quickly. We stopped on a Tuesday and took the last available table. We were able to quickly order a bottle of wine and dinner, all the time while the owner kept apologizing for being so busy. Yet he and his wife were much faster then several other larger restaurants (that seem to forget about you). Located in Coco Bay Estates, Santorini is a popular dining destination and deservedly so. The service is welcoming and attentive, and the offering is an intriguing mix of local, Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine.We went on a Wednesday, and the deal is that a couple can pick from a selection of 8 options and pay $22 (total). We had the moussaka/salad and the catch of the day with vegetables/potatoes. Both were very good.

Our family had a wonderful evening here! Marco immediately made us feel welcomed and entertained. We ordered 3 pizzas to share and my husband went inside the little shop to select a wine. With guidance from Marco, we enjoyed a spectacular bottle of red. The pizzas were perfect as was the fresh bread with oil. For dessert we shared a Tiramisu, based on seeing the rave reviews in this app. It was truly incredible and I donât usually like tiramisu. Highly recommend this magical place!

Trust me, being a foodie from Los Angeles has afforded me the opportunity to enjoy many great eats from around the world. Although, I have not traveled to Italy, I imagine that Enea's is a part of Italy that has miraculously transported itself to Tamarindo, Costa Rica. This hidden gem is off of the main strip and wonderfully so. You get to enjoy some of the best homemade food in the seclusion of a private, quiet, and quaint tropical setting... not to mention, great service! I can't say enough about this place. My husband and I went for dinner and I have to say it was REALLY good. We had 2 smoked salmon croquets, 2 pinchos each of smoked sea bass and chirizo with cheese and then we shared a ration of their Cajun sea bass with potatoes alioli and a bottle of wine. Everything was excellent! The sea bass was salty but that just fine with me! They also brought us a starter tapa at no charge. The bill came to about $50 Canadian. The service and the timing of the plates were perfect and we left fully satisfied.

We had a mixed meat plate of grilled chicken and beef. It came with french fries and vegetables. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. There was enough on the plate for me and my husband, and enough to take home for another meal. The service was very good. I especially like the decor that gave me that "big city" feel like New York of Chicago. I felt transcended. This is our fourth trip to Costa Rica, and each trip we have to visit Antichi Sapori at least once. The restaurant provides a taste of authentic Sicilian cuisine along with many options to accommodate food restrictions such as vegetarian and gluten-free options. Along with this, Antichi Sapori has amazing and friendly service. By far our favorite pizza in Costa Rica. The menu has a wonderful variety and the desserts are out of this world.
