Now located at Devon House, i decided to treat my wife to something different. The evening didnt start well with things not being on the menu, but the staff and Manageress, would not let us be unsatisfied customers. A measure of a great restaurant is how far they will make a customer happy. OPA gets top marks. Not on the menu, no problem, just fix up something similar. Great atmosphere, I will definately be back.

This small restaurant and wine bar (with indoor and alfresco seating available) is a gem. It is located in Southdale Shopping Plaza - an unexpected place to find a wonderful eatery/wine bar. Because the restaurant is small, I made a reservation to ensure that we could eat inside, where there is limited seating.Arriving first, I was pleased with the warm reception and quick service I received. While I waited, I had a glass of the house white (I understand the uncorked wine served as the house wine changes from day to day), and it was perfect. It was not a brand with which I was familiar, but the wine was clean, crisp and flavourful.Three of us had dinner at the restaurant, and everyone enjoyed his/her selection. We shared a joint appetiser - a selection of appetisers presented tastefully from which we could sample. The filet mignon with accompanying sides and a wonderful sauce was one of the best I have had in any restaurant in Jamaica. The service was attentive and friendly, and combined with the excellent food, made the evening thoroughly enjoyable.I am looking forward to going back for another meal!

This is billed as a Mediterranean restaurant and I guess it is since, besides traditional Middle Eastern dishes, it also has pasta and pizza available on the menu. One of us had a pasta which was rated as delicious. Others had salads and kibbeh and falafael. All very good as well - light tasty and well balanced. I thought the pitta bread slightly on the heavy side but it did not spoil what was a very good lunch. No complaints and we would all be happy to go back again.
