Restaurants in Mrzezyno
Pizzeria Kanguregano Mrzezyno, welcome to the Seaport. Delicious Burgers, Friendly Service, TAKA FISH, Fish from the oven, fried fish, wonderful salads, soups, sets, Dinner dishes, beer, coffee, tea. Our SPECIALTY Pizza - PARMA! Awesome BURGERY 200g!
This is a self-service fast food joint with pizzas made with only one aim: to keep the cost down. Same apparently applies to other dishes. Loud covers of old disco & disco-polo music screaming from a lone loudspeaker completes the image. The problem is that in this village there is no proper restaurant, all the places listed as restaurants here on TripAdvisor are in fact fast food joints with exactly same food on offer. How anyone could have rated this five stars is beyond me.

The restaurant is easy to find because it is one with the nicest look in the village. Sitting there and eating is a pleasure. The menu is a restaurant menu.....not a bar one so you should be aware of higher prices than anywhere else in Dźwirzyno (for me too much high). Food looks tasty and it is nicely served. We ordered pasta with chicken and broccoli and a hamburger with cod. The first was tasty and enough to be full. The second was ok but the chef should avoid putting too much sauce inside because the flavour od fish can't bring out. In my opinion Stacja BaÅtyk is worth of visiting.

The food itself is very good, but what struck me was the staff attitude towards the client - something not so common in other near-beach fish restaurants. First of all the girl taking the order proposed what kind of fish and how made (note that you can have the fish fried, baked or butter-fried) we should choose if we want to try something matching our taste. The second thing was that the coock who brought the food instructed us how to get about to eating certain dishes, how to and when to add the garlic butter, etc. another thing not common in other bars. It looked like the cook really knows his fish and cares for others to taste them well. One important note! this all happened during late evening hours (about 5pm-6pm) and this may explain the staff attitude, because during normal polish dinner hours (corresponding to lunch hours: 1-2pm) the place is just dark with people, so i guess the staff cannot give to much attention to each customer.Note 2: i dont know thow things are with non polish speaking customers.Overall, the food is great and certainly worth a try. Personnaly I advise to check out the fish soups.
