We were there in October [slow time of year] and the food was great and the location was awesome, right above the water. The food came out hot and excellent. There was a big family group and another couple and we still got served on time. I would definitely recommend going to this.

Vale la pena andare a mangiare almeno una volta qui, solo per passare una serata in questo posto davvero meraviglioso. à bellissimo anche dentro, ma consigliamo la visita durante un periodo caldo e se possibile senza vento, per poter godere della stupenda terrazza vista mare, dalla quale si può vedere pure l'Etna. Adatto sia per una serata con amici che per una occasione particolare, come anniversario o cenetta romantica. Il cibo é davvero buono, sia la pizza che i piatti di pesce. Diciamo che meriterebbe 4 pallini, ma ne abbiamo recensito 5 per via della location e del personale molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre i prezzi sono più che onesti. Se siete in zona, andateci.

We were recommended to attend Lido Sogno during our recent stay in Lazzaro, I am glad we were as this restaurant is excellent. The seafood is extremely fresh, the place is relaxed, comfortable and very welcoming, the service is just excellent and the prices are very reasonable.We chose fresh seafood dishes off the a la carte menu and I can assure you that the food was fresh, very tasty and very reasonably priced, we had both pasta based seafood dishes and full seafood dishes, everything was excellent, I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant

We went for lunch and has one dish each for around 8-9 euros each plus desserts, half a liter of wine and water and spent less than 60 euros. The food was very nice especially the linguine with mussels and clams. Lovely view on the sea, shaded and clean terrace to eat in. Thanks for feedback. We wait for another evening together.

30 may 2017We lunched here for the first time.Location is in front of the sea in an old restylished building.White is the preminent colour . Different rooms and some table very romantic.Staff is gentle professional and veryConfortable,very very good.The menu' is good all on my opinion!!!We had antipasto "misto" and first choice.Antipasto was delicious!all different kind of fish were amazing cooked and so original!you will love "frittella of pumpkin flower" amazing!!! Pasta I loved my "paccheri with swordfish" . Try it! And "ravioli with curls fish fill in" delicious as well!We had a wonderful lunch with an amazing atmosphere! I try recommend it!We payd 35⬠per each and we and antipasto,first ,wine and dessert.Dessert: try their icecream...simply a dream!!!

Whenever my family and I feel like having an amazing fish lunch or dinner,there'no place in town but Il ritrovo del Sole. The huge selection of starters (whose variety basically depends on the season - yes,the fish is always fresh!) is the top.. But also pasta and main fish dishes are more than worth every euro you spend.tasty,delicious.. Definitely recommended!

Accoglienza fredda, con cameriera che ti serve masticando una cicca (sob)Menù: recitato a voce, a base di pesce. Il piatto forte sono i 10 antipasti, 15â¬, alcuni particolari, altri buoni, altri poco significativi. Abbiamo provato la calamata al cartoccio, discreta. Il vino calabrese suggeritoci da 9⬠era molto scarso.Conto: 55⬠per due antipasti, 1 primo, 1 vino e 1 acqua,, corretto se avessimo trovato più qualità complessiva.

We travelled on the local train to Pellaro from Reggio do Calabria. We arrived rather disbelieving that there could be a sensational eating place only to be totally amazed by what we found .... Behind a plain facade a very sophisticated restaurant worthy of London or New York but without any pretentiousness and much better value. Everything was immaculate . The food was some of the most memrorable we have ever eaten. All local fish. All zingingly fresh. The presentation of the food was superb. Flavour combinations were exciting and successful . The wine was equally excellent. The service could not have been better. The husband and wife team are perfect WOW ... What a meal! Immediately booked for Saturday night!We're this place in London or Rome you would wait six months for a reservation .What a find!!! There is a passion here for excellence, a love of food and wine and a desire to give a wonderful experience...this is rare in the modern world!An oasis!Seek it out!You will be rewarded with some sensational food!
