This restaurant is on the far east side of the esplanade and so loses the sun first in the evening.Nonetheless the views and atmosphere are lovely and the staff attentive.Food was well presented and tasty, a mix of contemporary or catalan, house wine was very palatable and cost, as expected, a bit higher than the back street ones without the sea view.We made the mistake of ordering a G&T and paid the 9⬠penalty! Stick to traditional cerveza or vino if you want to keep to a budget. We ate here once and would have eaten again but for the weather changing and not drawing us to the sea front.

We stopped here for lunch and were very pleased with the quality and choice of food on offer, friendliness of staff and overall experience. A party of 4 people, we sat outside and had drinks first. Even though it was the lunch period we were not hurried into ordering food until we were ready. All dishes served were freshly cooked and very tasty. I had beef ravioli which is a dish that can lack flavour if not cooked well, but this was full of flavour. Seafood pasta was also delicious. Bar looked newly refurbished. We were only passing though the resort on our way to the airport but, if i was staying here, i would definitely have come back to the bar again in the evening for drinks/food.

Just off the main street, but ' a must visit ' place - we went twice whilst staying in Llafranc. Very authentic, family run restaurant, and the staff are really friendly, very well organised as everyone arrives together at 8pm.......you need to book ! Superb menu, excellent food......well recommended, and reasonably priced. Good fish served here, we tried - Seabass, Calamari, Hake in fisherman's sauce, Prawn cocktail and their Crema Catalina is sooo.....good !!You won't be disappointed here ! Thank you Leon.

You have the hotel listed but the restaurant itself now has a Michelin star and is far better than the one star hotel which it is a part of. I think the restaurant and the hotel need two separate entries. Many people use the restaurant who don't stay atth
Excellent Michelin stared restaurant with a beautiful Llefrancâs bay view from the terrace. They have a brand new menu. Try meals from a la carte instead of degustation. Good vine selection. The hotel itself is ok. Good place to stay for a day or two if you are traveling.

Fisherman's house with a rustic and chic ambiance, right on the Beach of Port Bo, with an innovative mediterranean cuisine. Superb views and location.
I am gluten free and the menu clearly identified gf options which was lovely as I felt included and could clearly choose my meal. Staff spoke perfect English and the food was amazing. Unfortunately we couldn't get a table outside, but the view from upstairs across the bay was great. We had the sweetest clams and mussels followed by steak. This is a small venue and they don't take large group bookings, you need to phone and book after 7.00 in advance if you want any chance of getting a table (they spoke English over the phone too) I would highly recommend this place

Popular restaurant, so advised to book, which thankfully we did ! Good choice menu, and good service by friendly staff. Tapas was a little different here, and most interesting. We chose Meat Croquettes, Japanese Salad, Scallops & Serrano served on a bed of mash & artichokes, Tuna Tartare Tartlets & a delicious Chocolate Pudding to finish. Everything was superb, such lovely flavours and well presented too. A lovely evening with excellent food. Well recommended.

A Bar with sea taste, just behind Port Bo beach. Come to taste our "Tapas" and pinxos. We are closed for the end of season. We will come back the 1st of March 2019!
Stopping in Cala Palafrugell we found this beautiful tapas bar overlooking the mooring area for the many boats. On entering we were greeted very friendly and shown to a table by the window and a drink order was taken for a beer and a glass of wine. Not being used to tapas service we sat observed before venturing to the counter to select from the many and varied dishes, which could please everyone. We selected a mini beef burger, a chicken skewer and a decorated prawn.Returning to our table the waitress passed and pointed out that we should place our little flag sticks and cocktail sticks in the holder on the table and that she would bill us according to their numbers.A few minutes later a tray of Prawns cooked in a potato pastry, were offered and were really tasty, this was followed by a regular offering every 5 or 6 minutes. I have to admit we waited for the prawns to return on a few occasions. It was a beautiful example of how good food in small quantities can be so appetizing and very filling. A wonderful lunch which lasted so 3 hours (It was a dull day outside). With further drinks and coffee, a bill of â¬33 was most surprisingly good.Very impressive food, service and standard of cleanliness.Thank you for that great explanation of our restaurant! Actually it is great to read your experience and how good it was! Thank you soo much for comming and we are hoping to see you again next year!

Once again the well organised team at Chez Tomas excelled from the cooking to the service and friendly attention. A great place to eat with a varied interesting menu. Half portion options is a clever offer to guests for both starters and main courses. Sea bass BBQ'd is a signature dish in my opinion. Excellent choice of local wines too. Essential to book saw many people turned away.

Fuimos a comer un mediodia (un viernes, creo) y en el menu habia fideuá negra. Estaba muy buena. Los primeros son tres entrantes, en plan degustación, riquisimos. EL precio genial, 19,50⬠con postre y una copa de vino.
