Caper At The Farm is located on the island of Salina Pollara. We produce and sell the famous capers of Salina, the most good in the world for taste, aroma, fragrance, and compactness. The Caper of Salina is part of Slow Food. The company managed a family
With an amazing sunset, gorgeous food, delicious service, handsome surroundings, elegant preparation - how can you go wrong? What could I say except that I love and adore this restaurant!!! When you order, for instance, a melanzana parmigiana here, you taste how it's really supposed to be done. Seared tuna that you're told will be rare in the middle, really is! Pastas are fabulous and everything is just perfect! We loved this place. And a special "hello" to our great server Virginia and her staff! We adore you all (especially Virginia!!) Thank you for two most unforgettable evenings!!!We hope to be back some day!!!

Once again we unfortunately relied on the review of someone who doesnât understand much about produce quality, food presentation and service. Everything was of low quality. The swordfish rolls that we ordered for our daughter were refried and burnt, totally soaked in oil. We got two âalalungaâ and have to leave it on the plate partially as it had the black parts not removed, so it tasted too much of cooked blood. Tasted like black pudding to me! The side dish were grilled vegetables soaked in oil. They said they make them hours in advance. Not even bothering to make them on the spot! I asked for black pepper to grind on my fish. No luck! They didnât even invest in a grinder :). The house wine tasted bad. The restaurant faces the street, so expect the fumes from many motorcycles passing by.

Really enjoyed this restaurant - excellent simple food, fresh, delicious, local, reasonably priced and the family who runs the restaurant could not have been nicer. Had pastas, fresh fish and excellent salads. This was one of those feel good meals, where everything works, from the food to the service to the atmosphere to the beautiful view. Would definitely return.

We have been coming here since 2013 and this is the one of the hidden treasures of Salina. Melania is an excellent host and Michele is an excellent cook. Refined cooking using the best of local ingredients. Our last meal there was divine - tuna cooked to perfection, delicious amberjack, a mussel 'pepata' and anchovies in batter. I have tried most of the primi/pasta dishes and they are absolutely fabulous. We will come back!

Who said that walking wasn't good for you? Finally found this family restaurant about 700m from our apartment. Can now understand why it's held in very high regard by locals and visitors. Thunderstorm provided a dramatic backdrop for the fireworks which followed on the plate. Very friendly, helpful and informative service from Carla and Carmelo throughout. Kind, generous and patient with our 3.5YO son too. He devoured his tomato pasta and courgette antipasti.Dinner started with antipasti followed by another 3 courses (each with 2 choices). Really inventive use of simple ingredients and locally sourced produce led to near-perfect execution. Best example was my swordfish carbonara - light, creamy, rich, and complemented by the crisp house white. The orange tiramisu also provided an inventive and refreshing twist on a classic dessert. Great attention to detail too - bread fritters on antipasti were crisp but light and fluffy. Honey malvasia and biscuits provided a further warm glow at the end.In short, I would strongly recommend TA users to pay Carla and Carmelo a visit. Great value at 110 euro for 2 set menus, child's pasta, wine, water and coffee.

We were in Rinella at an event and ate here after, instead of returning to our hotel. A simple place overlooking the port w a limited menu choice. That said, 4 foodies were surprised how good it was. The manager made us welcome/comfortable while we waited for our table. A nice bottle of Sicilian wine - and very good gelato!M

The best place to eat something fast and fresh!Il miglior posto dove consumare qualcosa di veloce e fresco!!Chiusura stagionale dal 20/10 al 30/03 dell'anno successivo.
You'll not find it if you're expecting to find a cafe in a building. It's just a makeshift food truck on the side of the road on the way to the beach.Câe Stato un tempo in cui assomigliava a un bar perché organizzato a tal punto da farlo sembrare. Alcune foto lo dimostrano! Questâanno è stato purtroppo abbiamo dovuto fare delle modifiche in peggio. Ma miglioreremo per il prossimo anno!!

Inside the Hotel Ravesi, our bar proposes breakfast, lunch and italian aperitivo. Our typical aeolian dishes are homemade, and cooked with local products.
Good value and quality in Malfa town center, which is without a lot of excellent lunch options. Food was fresh, tasty, and served by friendly people in a pretty pool area with excellent view. Pane cunzato, a local specialty, was good as was the large salads. I actually liked the salad with tuna, potato, and two types of capers better than the tuna pane cunzato but both were good choices. The food menu is only available at lunch between 13:00-15:00.

After 15 years of living and travelling in Italy, dinner here was up there with the best. A wonderful welcome from Aldo and then superb cooking from his wife Erminia in their family agriturismo, almost entirely from their own organic produce (so fabulous for vegetarians). We ate with Italian foodie friends who were similarly wowed and we are all still talking about the quality the morning after. So it wasnât just the excellent Malvasia that went with it!
Breathtaking views. Lovely terrace. Extremely accomplished bartender. I was just going to have a glass of wine as cocktails are not my thing, but the bartender very kindly suggested I try his wild fennel, local lemon and ginger with vodka concoction. Delicious and refreshing. My only complaint is the music is extremely loud.I did not eat at restaurant.
