These guys have a small home-made menu and serve their own wine. The views are amazing over the Atlantic. Good red and white. Fish and meat. Try their home-made flan with cream for dessert. Their mojo was judged best out of 63 restaurants.

Six of us had dinner here last night. Five had not been before, only me, a long time ago. All the staff were very friendly and attentive and the kitchen was visible to all. There is a varied menu but we especially liked the churros de pescado, small battered portions of succulent hake. It was so good, we ordered another plateful! And we watched a spectacular sunset from our table (inside, there is no outside seating) - the restaurant is high up with uninterrupted views across the sea. A little tricky to find, off the main road through la Matanza. Definitely worth it!

Did wonder if this would be a bit touristy given its location and the amazing views but no, it was lovely. Very elegant dining room, nice and not expensive wines and some fantastic food. Husband who is not a great cheese lover for some reason decided on the local cheese and chutney platter for starters and was in 7th heaven. Would definitely go back there and the fact we could walk to it was even more of an incentive. Views from the terrace are fantastic and the wine museum area was very interesting.

Santa Ursula isn't the first place you are going to think about going to in Tenereife ........ but this restaurant should be!We've be fortunate enough to eat in a terrific variety of wonderful Michelin starred restaurants in a variety of countries - we even went to Nub in Las Lagunas - sorry to say, its not a patch on Tasca de Oliver!Everything is simple, but spotless and the service is superb! Friendly and knowledgeable about both their food and wine and multi lingual.I have never been so moved by the quality of the food. Their chef, in a very small, but very well laid out galley kitchen, cooked me THE BEST French trimmed rack of lamb that I have EVER tasted. It was absolute perfection and even as I write, I can easily recall the flavours - I probably will not have rack of lamb again .......... until I go back, and I will definitely go back.

A different place to enjoy the Greek and mediterranean food, made by our greek Chef, in an unique and authentic ambient with the best prices.
Visited here this evening having seen all the favourable online reviews and it didn't disappoint. A friendly welcome awaited us and the food was delicious. My wife and I both started off with the Keftedes (Meatballs in sauce) followed by the Chicken and Pork Souvlakis respectively. Finished our meal with the Baklava and Profiteroles for dessert. With a couple of beers, the whole meal came in at just under â¬33.

We ate here twice while on Tenerife and both times everything was great! The food was delicious, service was very good, and it was charmingly decorated. We tried the meat/cheese plate, Canarian meat in sauce, fried chicken breast pieces, croquettes, and their scalloped potatoes. Everything was freshly made, and many of the dishes came with french fries. You could order a 1/2 or whole portion. We loved this place!

Suerteluna is the small restaurant of the rural house Suerteluna . It's open from Thorsday to Sunday. It's a family business , the place is rustic, cozy and friendly . Suerteluna offers different kind of dishes , veggies, fish or meat and several desserts
We have spent an excellent evening with fantastic food and most friendly hosts. We have tried several fish and meet dishes as well as 3 desserts, and every single dish was fantastic. The location is extremely beautiful, and there is a nice playground that made also dining with kids a very relaxed experience. Thank you for a wonderful dinner/evening!

It was a real experience to come to this genuine small town fish restaurant in the countryside in Orotava. First we had boiled Octopus arms that our host did cut at the table and flavored with balsamico and oliv oil and a bit of pimiento, so good. With that we had Escaldon de gofio (like a porridge) with Mojo Verde. Really good. Then very tasty fresh fish (Medregal and Picudo) with salad including very mild red onion grown in the neighborhood. Mild as almost an apple! Good wine of the house and finaly we shared a dessert; Frangolo made from gofio and palm syrup. We will for sure be back next time in Tenerife.
