A completely normal restaurant. The food is not bad, but neither very good. The staff is very nice. Nice location, and also the position in the center of Klagenfurt. But it is overrated. With 20euro almost you can eat, but you won't be full (and probably not 100% satisfied)

The restaurant was very busy and the service was slow - not to order but to receive the food. I had the mushroom goulash with dumplings but the goulash was not the best and the dumplings were rather heavy. Everyone else had something Italian with shellfish or the risotto, which I was told was a bit over cooked. Not too expensive considering the location.

Outside tables were at premium at lunchtime, but we could snaffle one of the last tables under a sun umbrella; on this day the Klagenfurt sun was sometimes for a short time interspersed interrupted with one or two drops of rain. Looking around the busy restaurant terrace and noticing that almost every guest rose from the table between 12.55 and 13.00, we concluded that local office workers were the bulk of the customers. The pasta was well prepared; service was matter-of-fact. There was some disagreement with the proprietor, when the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese turned out to be very young and tasteless Grana, but overall the food was very satisfactory. To be recommended.

We enjoyed this restaurant on the recommendation of Italian friends and were very happy with the choice. We started with a couple of beers and bruschetta, which was very fresh and filling. Then, split two different pizza, one being their traditional white pizza. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and want really delicious pizza.

Café with a nice atmosphere. Cosy couch, nice ambient music and welcoming staff. And yes, there are some cats lying around. But when we visited the place, the cats were sleeping and did not care about people at all. So don't come here with high expectations that you will be stroking the cats the whole day. We just had a coffee and a Chai latte - I must say I didn't like it, I think the mixfure of the spices and milk was not made in the right proportion, or the Chai mixture was expired. Doesn't matter. It's a nice place to hang out on a rainy day.

Located so close to the airport, I came here one day for late lunch after a long morning meeting nearby. My local contacts seemed to know the owner of this restaurant and they were greeted with cheek kisses on both side. When we arrived, our table was ready and promptly got seated at the corner. They have English menu available but server doesn't speak or understand English fully. I did my usual by pointing at the food I wanted to order, server compared to German menu to understand which food I wanted. We started with a couple of appetizers. Bruschetta was very good. Olive oil used was amazingly good. High quality olive oil. Sample appetizers came with Caprese, Prosciutto, thin slices octopus to name a few. I really liked this octopus. Some at my table couldn't accept the idea of eating octopus, so I kindly thanked them and ate most of them on the plate. For main, I ordered grilled Dover sole. It was cooked perfection, bones came out easily, I ate the whole fish very quickly. I wish I knew the type of olive oil they used.. Loved it so much, would have brought home if possible. Perhaps next time if that happens.I was told pizza here is good as well. Pizza served here was 12 inch (30cm), some on our table ordered pizza and they all seemed pleased.

The cosy Bistro 151 is unique in Austria and the surrounding of the wörthersee. There is a bar area, a small restaurant part, a large restaurant part for groups and parties and a terrace for over 70 people. Come and enjoy the Austrian, Mediterrane, Asian
The reviews are so right, great place, great ambiance and great food. And staff that makes you feel very welcome and appreciated!A reason for a d-tour when you are around the Woertersee. We had nice starters (raw biff tartar, escargots Viennese), mains where veal (rolled and blend with Parmesan and rucola) and the catch of the day (steamed freshwater fish with vegetables). Not often we take desserts but here we tried the Chocolate cake fondant and an impression of Apfelstrudel.Nice white Austrian wine to complete this lovely meal, and of course a grappa to finish. (Grappa Nonino, not the best but maybe we are to spoiled by Berta Grappa)

Delicious traditional food but cooked and presented in a very classy way. The lamb was outstanding. The price is proportionate to the high quality of the food: â¬28 for the salmon, â¬25 for the lamb.

The name "Osteri" comes from the word "Host", the Innkeeper. An innkeeper knows how to serve guests the best classic dishes typical of the region Veneto. The Osteria Veneta looks like the classic Italian with a heart. The heart of every Osteria is the kit
Because of the excellent reviews we decided to go for dinner. Atmosphere is nice, the menu only in Italian and you need the waiter for translation. However, the waiters are very friendly and helpfulUnfortunately the food was only average, nothing special but also nothing to complain. We just expected more based on the good reviews.
