Excellent location and nice looking restaurant. We went with the $55 per person banquet and changed the duck liver to the croquettes. Flexibility there was good. Really enjoyed the food. Figs were amazing as was the roasted capsicum with chorizo. Sangria also delicious. We liked all the food. Meet sooo tender. Attentive wait staff. Canât complain. Iâd definitely come back. Really enjoyed it. Certainly a different/standout experience to the new restaurant in James Street the night before where the table service was woeful and they forgot to place our order with the kitchen.

The restaurant was VERY busy, we had our starters which were delicious, but somehow our mains order was lost, so we waited and waited. When brought to their attention they immediately rectified, were very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate. All the food was excellent, the ambience was lovely, the staff great - I think our delay was a one off that was handled perfectly by the manager. I would not hesitate to visit again or recommend.

Had a fantastic meal at Il Piacere last night. Ordered the marinara with fettuccine and it was magnificent! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was mind blowing! Friendly service and a great atmosphere. It felt like I was back in Italy. The overall experience is definitely a 10/10. Visited this Bistro with my wife after hearing about it locally. The food and service was good, we could not eat all of the food. The entertainment provided on Friday and Saturday nights was also good. I would call this a mid range bistro as far as price & decor go. Thoroughly enjoyed the night.

We had my cousins birthday at Mado and it was absolutely incredible! The staff are super sweet, the food was so fresh and delicious, the belly dancer was amazing!I couldn't recommend this place enough! Absolutely love this restaurant!Your review made our day.
