Mediterranean inspired share plates using the best of Kangaroo Islands produce. Located 1km from Stokes Bay overlooking the bay. Open seasonally from October
My daughter and I had a lovely lunch and a nice local wine Wally White from the Islander Estate Vineyards. The arancini balls were fantastic as was the spicy chicken wings, sadly we were disappointed with the salt and pepper squid only 7 tiny pieces at $18 (see photo).Other than that the service was friendly and we didnât have to wait long for our food, the setting is also lovely looking over Stokes Bay

Went on a wintry week night around 6.30pm, Good decor, service was a tad slow to begin with to get the drinks, but improved as the evening wore on. Food was tasty and of good quality - honest, reliable and filling. What more could you ask for. Desserts were excellent as well. Overall a solid evening out. One downside was that we were seated at the table nearest the front door. As the foot traffic came in and out of the restaurant, frequent blasts of cold air made the dining unpleasant...

We almost did not go inside because of the irritating loud music blasting out into the peaceful night at Kingscote, Kangaroo Island. So very glad we thought â what the heck, letâs give it a tryâ. Inside we found the staff friendly and a great atmosphere. We were assisted with our ordering and were served a fantastic meal with excellent wines. Thank you to everyone who contributed to a wonderful night.

A local family owned business, delivering authentic Lebanese cuisine from the mounts of Lebanon.
This was a great meal, the service was good, restaurant decor very interesting and full of the local Lebanese patrons, always a good sign. The meal was very modestly priced, generous portions of food, and beautifully flavoured. It's time Campbelltown had more eateries like this one and we will be back soon.

Meze-Mazi is a Greek eatery built around a truly authentic cuisine reflective of the raw nature of Greece.
Located in Prospect this restaurant has to compete with a wide range of eateries. I guess that is why it was quiet on a weekday lunchtime. Can't think of another reason since the food was excellent and the service attentive. We were short on time and limited ourselves to mains and a salad and of course a couple of glasses (each) of a non-retsina Greek white wine. Well I am a fan of Retsina but it wasn't available by the glass and anyway heading for a movie after the full bottle would be risky! Anyway I had chargrilled quails (2 full birds) seasoned and grilled to perfection. My partner opted for grilled octopus and again delicious. No time to sample the rest of the menu..another time. Waiters polite and attentive. Background modern Greek music suitable for the fare. Love Greek food.

Such a great dining experience and delicious meal. Definitely recommend the tasting menu as it is the best value for money. Brussel sprouts especially good as well as the squid. Really loved the way the drinks were brought over and poured in front of you - a really nice touch. Would return in a heart beat!

Went here with work colleagues for an informal dinner. The ambiance is lovely, you can drink at the bar before dinner while waiting for friends, the restaurant is very quaint, the staff are exceptionally friendly and the food is....well as per the title. Everything is made on site, they are very proud to announce that upon your arrival (rightly so), and is therefore very fresh. The meals are a perfect size, just enough to leave room for my take home doggie bag, as I was so full. I canât believe that I have frequented Mawson Lakes hotel on numerous occasions for dinner and yet never had the pleasure of dropping in here. I should have opened my eyes sooner and done my research. Thank goodness for word of mouth. Do yourself a favour, remove the blinkers and try it. Paid cash, splitting the bill was very easy, even with about 10 of us.Thank you for you Rating & Review. We value your time & feedback. So glad you discovered La Vita and enjoyed your dine in experience. We hope you visit again real soon.CheersFrom The La Vita Team
