Things to do in Kampot
An affordable and tasty option in Kampot. We make everything fresh daily including our very own Hummus and bread. Give us a try! Come hungry, leave happy :) Welcome to Aroma House! (previously Pita)
I used to be a regular customer at James's old place called Pita. I have to say that the new Aroma House is even better ! Larger menu and still applying cheap prices. You can feel that he is putting all his love for oriental food into his work and the result is on your plate : creamy tzatziki yogurt sauce, best hummus in town, falafel options for vegetarian, chicken spiced like I never tasted before.A must try and probably the friendliest owner in town.
Hey, it's us again: your Derya and Julia. From Berlin. Julia is a development geographer and Derya works in the film industry. What Julia hates is waste and garbage. What Derya hates is bland food. What both love and what connects them is the shared love
I love to visit Wake'n'Bake! A beautiful atmosphere designed to encourage one to just loll about. The menu offers options for all dietary choices: vegan, vegetarian and carnivore, and the simit is amazing!Very glad you enjoyed it, Chris. Thank you for your kind words. Hope to see you soon again :-)
Pilgrim is a new vegetarian/vegan restaurant in the heart of Kampot's Old Market offering a range of delicious Mediterranean inspired dishes.
After travelling for months Kampot is a great spot for good food and drinks but this place is over any expactations. Have a great selection of healthy and fresh food, my favourites are oyster mushrooms and broccoli toast and pink bulgur salad and the rest of the dishes seems great. But to be honest real game changer for me is their drink selection especially their juices. every single day of our visit in Kampot we came to this place to drink Red Alert (lovely beetroot combination) and turmeric latte. It might seem a little bit expensive according to southeast Asia but trust me it's worthy for that satisfying portions and great flavour. Good job guys thank you
Vegetarian and Vegan Restaurant. We use a maximun of local fresh ingredients from the market. Indian and international food. Healthy Drinks : Kefir, Kombucha No palm oil, no MSG. Take away with ecological packaging, eco straws
This is a family run restaurant in a back street near Kampot Market. The photos shown on Trip Advisor reflect the area well - it is a quaint front yard dining area with furniture made from recycled items which is very pretty. The menu offers quality of food over quantity of choice and my wife and I were both very impressed with the lasagne which was superb. The owners were both lovely and took great care of their guests. I would definitely go back if I was in the area again!Thank you ! Very happy you enjoyed

Situated on riverside next door to the famous rusty key hole our restaurant is a small Italian corner. All the ingredients for food and all wine are import from Italy. We are Italian team and we know our food and the best Italian hospitality.
Max and his Italian / Khmer staff know how to make the guest feel at home. Be it pizza or pasta every dish is freshly made. There is a selection of good Italian wines plus a full bar. The location on Riverside is one of the best in Kampot. A must try for any visitors. Local expats love the place.

After three months of travel and eating mainly local food, I was craving Italian. This was the perfect place! Delicious pizza with thin crust and a great tiramisu! Would definitely come here again if I ever found myself in Kampot.

pizza, snacks, panini, home in made pasta, original and imported Italian products, Italian wine list, Italian owner&chef, daily list.
We had the pizza, a bottle of wine, ravioli and a starter. The owner asked if we would like limoncello at the end when we finished meal, as would be traditional in a European restaurant, only problem was he stuck it on the bill for $7. I told him I wasnt paying for it and he accepted. Food was ok. His cleaner is the chef. He sits on Facebook as she cooks. yes, I remember you last night as I also remember that I did not argue with your pretense - even aggressive enough - of not paying 7 dollars for two limoncelli, even though -1-I didn't offer anything, I just asked if you wanted grappa, coffee, limoncello etc ... - 2- that European restaurants offer something at every meal is your bizarre idea, -3-the limoncello, as all Italian products are imported and cost a lot, having said that keep yourself the 7usd and gorged on my health. Also during your dinner we talked a little and at your request I told you among other things that the cook had been working with me for a little over two years and that she had started as a cleaner and that little by little I taught her things, I didn't tell you she's cleaning now ..... you understand what's best for you? ........ I can't find anything serious if you wanted dining in a restaurant with a star chef but this is not the place, I also saw that you enjoyed the cuisine of ex cleaner or not? here we are in Cambodia in Kampot that only recently is welcoming western tourists, "rank" cooks here there are not, honor to her who was able to learn the tastes and traditions of another country.

Tertúlia Restaurant is a space where people can enjoy an artistic environment, relaxed, full of new flavors, refreshing portuguese wines and other drinks.
I was on holiday between Kampot and Kep so I decided to stay in Kampot for a couple of nights first then leaving for Kep for another couple of nights. I rent the bike to Kep so I had to come back to Kampot to return the bike before going back to Phnom Penh. I left from Kep and arrived in Kampot by lunch time, and I had booking with VIP van coming back to Phnom Penh till 4:30pm so it was very nice to have a nice warm place to eat and settle till the time I had to leave. We finally chose Tertulia as itâs located just near our bike rental place and it looked cool. Best decision ever!!! Owner of this place was so kind and friendly. He recommended a good plate of fresh Tuna I did enjoy and helped with the messy belongings I got with till they closed the restaurant at 3pm. Thank for your warm welcome since my first step in here. Hello Sreydy,Thank you very much for your visit and review. It was a pleasure to meet you. Every time you pass by Kampot come and visit us :)
