We code the restaurant after reading the good reviews and werenât disappointed. We experienced a warm welcome and amazing service. The two ladies in charge were flexible in the ingredients of the dishes (allergies and things we dislike), the food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and all of this left us with great experience.

With one Michelin star and a rating of 14,5/20 by Gault & Millau, this is the gourmet restaurant of the Hotel Les Bories & Spa.
If you are in the Luberon and looking for Michelin Star quality, highly recommend this place. Very formal service, with great food and ambience. This was third trip here, and we will be back

We stayed in Gordes two nights and ate here on both occasions. We always have the heritage tomatoes with burrata to start. So simple, freshest ingredients, simply stunning. The pasta bolognese is a triumph, the gnocchi Gorgonzola, very rich, with a punchy blue cheese taste. Equally good is the veal Milanese. Difficult to have a bad meal!Dear Fleetoffoot, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your impressions about your recent experience at la Bastide de Pierres. We are really glad that you enjoyed your two dinners in our talian restaurant. It is a real pleasure to read positive feedback about our good food quality. We will share your comment with our team.Thank you again, and see you soon and La Bastide de Pierres.Best regards,Pascal Vincent

We found this little gem by accident roaming the quiet alleys of Gordes. Unlike the more expensive Gordes restaurants with views this little 10 table oasis (inside and out) offers perfectly portioned mains with a dessert for under 20â¬. We had 4 of the 6 choices: I had the Burrata and the teens had the Penne Pesto and my wife had the Thai chicken and noodles. All were delicious and full of fresh locally sourced produce. The Foie Gras Burger looked literally to die for. The chocolate volcano cake and panna cotta were delicious.

Good food but dreadfully slow service. Took well over an hour for a simple lunch special. Appetizers and main course came quickly but dessert was another 45 minutes. Ok if you want to spend a leisurely afternoon there but parking in the village lot had a time limit.

It was a hot July afternoon and had an early dinner. The staff were super friendly and had great communication without speaking English. The local wines were great. We had a quick bite in mind and ended up staying there for hours. Highly recommended

We had a lovely dinner of three courses at a fixed price which was quite reasonable. Although choices on the price fixed are more limited we were able to find something to our liking. Everything was well prepared, delicious and presented with charm and style.

Choose between our typical vaulted stone room or our sunny and sheltered terrace, to enjoy our generous and tasty cooking, done with fresh and local products. Come and enjoy this gourmet parenthesis!
Great restaurant, everything is made fresh. We had the foie gras and the salmon with leeks for appetizer, and amazing sea scallops cooked to perfection. The owners are super friendly, one of our best meal in France if not the best!Dear Chouporlando, thank you so much for this so nice comment about your visit at the Outsider! We are touched by your kindness and your encouragement! It was a real pleasure to welcome you there, and to see that you enjoyed so your gourmet step!See you during your next visit in Luberon,Take care,Best regards,

After a hot summerâs day, what better way to unwind and take refreshment, than to sit in a shaded terrace sipping chilled rosé and enjoying the view of vineyards and fields.Service is friendly, prompt and multi-lingual. Bistrot-style food, so nothing special here, but large and attractive serves. My entrecôte was quite thin and a little tough, but I enjoyed the flavour provided by a generous sprinkling of herbs de Provence. Diners around me also seemed to be enjoying their meals.
Xavier MATHIEU created his bistro in one of the rooms of the hostellerie and outdoors around a fountain recreating the atmosphere of a place of our charming villages. We offer a contemporary and simple cuisine based on family traditions with the best prod
