You have to be going to this hotel to find it as it isn't likely to be stumbled upon unless you're staying at the Ibis. It's located in a sort of industrial park area. The desk agent at our Marriott recommended it as one of her favorite Italian restaurants and the food was quite delicious. The wine was decent too. I had chicken with vegetables. Those at our table who ate pasta said it was first-rate (I'm allergic to wheat so I skipped it.) I'm glad we walked the 1.7 km from our hotel to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's mom's brithday. It was well worth the walk. The service was prompt and friendly but not intrusive. And they permitted us to take a rose from the table centerpiece for the birthday woman. Very nice.

Quality of food was beyound perfect, the inner garden, which isnt visible from street, felt exactly like in Italy, ambience was 100% Italian!

Here with local friends, our group numbered six. The meal was leisurely paced definitely not rushed. Very welcoming environment if not a bit crowded and noisy. Extensive menus with enough options for us vegetarians. I was not to keen on my entree because the salmon was fishy but everything else was nice. The service was better than the food with highly polished professional waiters. Prices were moderate but there were a a few costly menu items that nobody at our table ordered. Next time I would avoid the fish but otherwise it's a keeper.

When we looked up this restaurant, two days ago, we were looking for a Mexican menu. We pulled up to the restaurant, looked at the menu, and left. Today, we wanted Italian, and stopped by. By far, this was the best food and service you could ask for. All 3 of us had a spectacular plate. I even asked for additions to my meal, and it was delivered. Please check into how you are listed in Trip Advisor. This is a keeper, and now listed as a favorite in our Garmin.

I had a great shrimp salad here, with aioli sauce which I ate with the bread that i got with my salad. Everything was delicious. Only the service was a little weird,... we arrived at 19:00 and were informed that the whole Terrasse has already been reserved. We asked when the reservation starts, and the service said at 8pm... meaning we had an hour to order, eat, pay and go. Since we were both tired travelers, we were OK with that... but our waitress was hesitant. Nevertheless, we managed to be finished by 8pm and never saw any big group come who had reserved anything in the Terrasse... Despite that one weird thing, the food was good and the whole backyard area was really relaxing, and nicely decorated.

This restaurant is unassuming but the dishes are all wonderfully prepared and beautifully presented. Everything on the menu is worth tasting, and don't forget to order the Chateau Kefraya Wine made in Lebanon by those keeping the home fires burning. I have yet to visit when I have not received at least one free item, either another dish for tasting, or a dram of Raki, or a bonus of one of our favorite items. We usally go there when family are in town, and we've been at least three times this summer.Perhaps next time we'll go alone and just bring all the food home for a second meal. When you go, take yourappetite ad there is always more than you can eat and it's too good to throw away, Order plenty and take it home. Don't forget the wine by the same name!
