We have visited twice and tried 6 different main courses and I must admit- every single one was just simply delicious. Good value for money. Customer service was exceptional, especially Anna was doing an extra mile and she was always there to help, as some of the guys couldnât speak English. Overall great place, amazing food and lovely staff.

This place is just astonishing. Location, view, food. This is way above average quality and diversity, with a very affordable menu.I have recommended friends there often, making people drive 30km or more to gother. I have dined there on and off for the last almost 20 years, family, romance or business never to been let down, even when I was on almost broke, just to treat myself.Recently I met the owner and his charisma and perfectionism is contagious. This is the kind of person and enterpreneur we need more.With a reviewed fancy design, you could be paying twice as much and still be happy, so do try this out, its worth the detour.

Excellent lunch in a relaxing environment. Had veal with mushroom risotto and asparagus. Veal was tender and perfectly cooked, and the risotto was spot on. Peaceful location in the outback of Torres novas. Parking spaces available. beautiful panoramic view in the outside terrace, trendy decoration inside. Traditional menu with a twist and great wines variety. Children menu and in place Kids area are a huge plus.Perfect for families

A small and cozy restaurant with very good food and ratio price/ quality.I strongly recommend two of the house suggestions : bacalhau na telha ( cod fish) and secretos (grilled pig slices).It is enough for three or two starving visitors! Good house wine and home made desserts.A place to return

Was expecting a (good) traditional Portuguese food restaurant and instead found a wonderful little spot with cherry-picked dishes from Africa, India and Portugal. Make sure you taste the Samoosas and Rissoles as starters and the chicken Muamba as the main course (Saturdays only). That's probably the best Muamba you'll ever taste! Book in advance!

Located in the main square in Golegã, with view to the main square where the horse fair is celebrated. Place is simply but nicely decorated, fairly large with comfortably separated tables. Service was really good, with the staff very friendly and helpful. The meat is great, specially the picanha which comes accompanied by white rice and very tasteful black beans. If you are around, it is definitely a good option.

Fantastic restaurant in this small Golega village. The restaurant is inside the beautiful Hotel Lusitano. Old private house with elegant decoration and very professional and kind staff . The dining room is perfect for lunch or dinner and if the weather is good the terrace is a plus. The food is really great with Steak Capriola, or the Octopus to be one of the best they serve. The wine list also very recommendable and you should keep room for desert.

A really nice decor and friendly staff . If you had to this great food the combination is priceless. I really recommend it.I had the ox steak with crushed potatoes and migas ( a traditional Portuguese vegetable side dish) and my Mother has prawn curry. It was a very nice surprise.
