During our drive to Marrakech, we had a stop in this restaurant for a lunch, we ordered a tagine with vegetables and meat and it was the best we had. I highly recommend it.

Very nice Auberge in a very relaxing area, surrounded by amazing landscapes, close to the mineral water sources. Staf are very lovely and helpful, and food is so delirious and friendly served. Highly recommended for rest and retreats, an authentic village is not so far which you can discover the Berber rural living.

"Les Voiles du Desert " in Errachidia is a new restaurant Lounge and swimming pool offering a completely new concept of tourism. The "Restaurant" has been awarded 3 forks (the highest level in cuisine standard) by tourism office and proposes both moroccan
We visited Les Voiles du Desert during our stay in Errachidia, on our way to Merzouga. The restaurant is located at the outskirts of the city center but it takes only 5 minutes by car to arrive. Decoration is modern Moroccan style and dinning room has different areas and private tables. The outdoor pool and Balinese style garden furniture perfectly combine with the environment and is the place to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine. They offer both Moroccan and International cuisine which after a week we really appreciated. We enjoy perfectly cooked meals: trout, Moroccan salad, lamb and spaguettis. We had an amazing bottle of wine which is really difficult to find anywhere else. Definitely a must in Errachidia, we are sure we will repeat the visit in our next trip to Morocco.Thank you a lot Monica for visiting us!!!We are so happy that you enjoyed our cuisine and location. You will be welcomed next time you and your husband visit this part of Morocco. Thanks a lot again and best regards!!!

We didn't have a choice about dining at Touroug Cafe. Our guide lead us to the restaurant after our tour and promptly disappeared into sand. Which is annoying, because lunch isn't included in the tour but we seemingly get no choice where we dine? Anyway, I wasn't sure how it compared to other options, if any. Lots of stickers from tour companies on the door as a testament to how they get most of their custom. Service at the Touroug Cafe was a shade of shoddy - but it's actually a very well laid out restaurant designed to couple with hundreds of covers from different tour companies. Plenty of toilets! You're paying 60-70dhs for the main dishes, which ended up being some of the smallest portions I've ever seen in Morocco, even London, Melbourne, Auckland even. Reminds of a kid's meal. With the service aspect we didn't get our drinks until after our eating and some tables didn't have anyone taking their orders. The arguing was mildly entertaining. I'm not 100% sure what the point of writing a review is, if you have the luxury of choosing where you eat you're probably not going to end up here. I like the chips though, if only for the fact they were chips.
