Wow, Vinoteca is a must-try if you ever find yourself in Alcalá. The jamon and wine are incredible and you can tell that the owner, Javi, truly cares about his customers. He will find you a wine that you absolutely love and you can buy a whole bottle of it just down the street at their equally charming wine shop. I have been there 4 times now (2 dinners and 2 dinners+wine tastings) and every meal has been lovely and accompanied by incredibly attentive service-- something I've had a hard time coming across here, as a visitor from the US. Definitely try their jamon, manchego, pisto, and croquetas!We are so grateful for our returning customers like you. Thank you for taking the time out to write a review and for visiting us. The jamon is wonderful, isn´t it! We look forward to your future visits.

As an Irish man we love our meat dishes... Was with my partner and her sister and her partner.. Who is Argentinian.. He said he will order the lamb for both of us. We had a dish of jammon with some small tapas as a starter with a quality wine.. And then the biggest dish of meat I ever saw was presented... Wow oh wow.... Best few hours of my life eating a meal perfectly prepared.. We had anthor bottle of wine. Saying this the ladies had a ceaser salad each and left us too our devices... 10/10 for me.... We were four vegetarians who does not speak Spanish. They helped us translate the menu and promised us an English menu for next time. They had a lot to choose from and the food was excellent. The place was very nice decorated as well. Will definitly go back in the future.

We stayed at the Hostel Torrejon in the same building. Our choice was to descend 2 flights of stairs or to take the elevator at the back of the kitchen. Food was OK. Hemos ido hoy al mediodÃa por primera vez para probar el sitio y ha sido una grata sorpresa. Comida casera y muy buena, las kocretas muy ricas. Restaurante pequeño y acogedor, y lo mejor la camarera, Pili, que aparte de rápida y atenta con sus clientes, es muy sÃmpática. Volveremos pronto.

Found this restaurant by Trip Advisor. And despite the heat, we had a lovely meal. Seated inside in aircon. We had steak and lamb chops. All made to perfection and with attentive service!

I went for lunch to El Albero with friends and kids. The food was amazing and the beer lovely and cold. We tried a lot of plates and they were all delicious. The service and good and the staff friendly. The place gets very busy so make sure you book in advance and are prepared for the noise.

20mn drive from Madrid, you can find a very nice restaurant with amazing views. Lanscape is beatiful and includes golf course and several lakes. Market meditranean food with a very reasanoble price.
