My boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner this weekend. The food is fantastic. We had an appetizer of halloumi cheese and bread. It was great! For dinner we both had two different falafel dishes. We did have dessert. We had a brownie with ice cream. I would definitely make a trip to Coral Springs again to eat here.

I found Falafel Gourmet by accident. I was very please with my detour. This little shop you can find groceries fromt he Middle Easthern or stuff for the Hookah fans. Besides this, it is a little restaurant with homemade itens, The falafel was delicious the grape leaves was ok, but we will be back for more.

Just opened up about 2 months ago and we decided to go have dinner. We had the octopus appetizer which was so delicious and not chewy. For dinner I had the avgolemono soup which consists of Lemon, Orzo and chicken. Very good but could have had a bit more chicken and rice. I had the Vegetarian Mousaka which was good but didn't expect to have broccoli inside. My boyfriend had the fish which he said it was delicious. They do bring out some bread and pita bread with three different spreads like tzatziki, eggplant and hummus and that was good. We sat outside and it was a nice night out with Greek music playing. The inside of the restaurant is really nice.
Visited Hellenic Republic - the latest addition to The Walk, in Coral Springs! We had a house gyro pita, and the braised lamb pita. Instead of the usual raw onion, these had lightly pickled red onions that added a wonderful flavor. We had an order of the halloumi fries (move over mozzarella sticks - these are outrageous!) with a creamy dipping sauce and we used it for our fries as well. We ended up getting a to-go order of loukoumades, too - canât resist fried dough with honey and cinnamon. They made a great use of space, with table seating inside & out, along with couches, chairs, and coffee tables that will make a perfect hang-out area. This is a fantastic addition to Coral Springs - canât wait to go back!
