"Tapas and More by brothers from Spain" Sangria 71 serves up a large selection of authentic Spanish Tapas, Sangria and savory Paella in a festive casual atmosphere.
This has been the first time for dining there, mainly because the fine Chinese restaurant next door was closed on Monday (Memorial Day). I have tried their first Paella, Paella Valenciana. It's OK but nothing particularly spectacular. I don't think it's worth its price of $26 ! The rice is a bit too salty and the entire dish is a bit like just barely cooking all the sea food together and saffron rice, without any peculiar flavor.

We were wondering why this place was empty on a busy shopping weekend. We didn't wonder for long. There was one other party seated when we walked in but it still took 10 minutes for our waitress to approach our table. I asked about the gluten free options that the host had assured us they had. The waitress disappeared for an extraordinarily long time and when she returned, she pointed out a couple of dishes that "I should be ok with". I ordered lemon chicken soup and a lamb shank with rice pilaf. Something was off here and I should have heeded my instinct to leave. We were given a handful of olives in oil and bread. The bread (according to my friend) was so dense it was inedible. The waitress brought me my own olives as I couldn't eat ones bread was being dipped into. She then asked if I wanted some sliced cucumber since I could eat the bread (nobody could lol). She never brought cucumbers but she did upcharge me for them. The waitress brought my soup. Although we were two people at a table for four with plenty of room around us, the waitress handed me the bowl of soup to place on the table. I was annoyed. This isn't Chili's (regretfully). Everything, especially the prices, indicated an upscale dining experience. But then there was the waiting...and the waitress who did not have a quarter of the skills needed. The soup was warm enough to prevent me from sending it back. It lacked flavor. The lamb shank arrived. Again, my plate was passed to me as though I was dining in a boarding house. The lamb itself was tender and tasty. The rice pilaf was brown, salty glop. My friend got a salad which was mostly made up of chunks of mealy tomatoes. Overall, eating here was an expensive mistake and we won't be back.

With three Greek restaurants and two diners in a one-mile radius, this tiny restaurant stands out as serving the best authentic Greek food! In addition to traditional Greek lunches and dinners, they serve some American and continental choices, too, along with full breakfast options that taste like Grandma's home cooking. Plentiful salads, delicious soups, and the best gyro in the area. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is usually great. The parking lot is small and shared with other stores in a tiny strip of storefronts. They use a small outdoor patio for additional seating in warmer weather, but the view is of the busy parking lot and street, so not very romantic. My main complaint is the not-so-clean shared tiny bathroom. Otherwise, a great spot for small groups to dine!

If you want greek food - stop by here. The Fried Calamari was crispy and fresh. The Salmon was cooked in this delicious sauce. As always, we couldn't finish the meal - since the portions are so big. Service was friendly and food came out very quickly. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.
