Traditional and creative spins on Spanish Tapas combined with exceptional Spanish wines, and hand crafted cocktails set in a classic Barcelona ambiance. TAPAteria offers a 100 percent gluten free menu of small bites meant to share in a group setting.
There is nothing to compare to a summer evening on the Tapateria patio. This is the perfect place to catch up with friends you don't see often enough. We met up with childhood friends on a perfect summer evening. The combination of the gorgeous Colorado weather and the slow food concept is ideal. We had a few "go to" favorites, like the jamon-wrapped medjool dates, the merguez lamb sausage, and the warm olives, but also enjoyed the buffalo carpaccio and manchego-stuffed piquillo peppers. And they make a good sangria.

We were in town for a few days and had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the Caspian Cafe. It's not located on a main street, but is close to Garden of the Gods and other Colorado Springs attractions. The staff is very professional, and welcomed us in immediately. We enjoyed hummus, a greek salad, a kebab platter, and a delicious pasta with mediterranean veggies and shrimp and all were outstanding. Our server was very nice and made excellent suggestions. We would definitely return.

This is an upstairs, woodly styled, upscale restaurant on the main Street in Old Colorado City, just outside of Colorado Springs. Charming, safe town with lots of neat stores. Parking is just outside and behind the restaurant off the main Street. Service was fast, pleasant, and amazingly exact for a group of about 25. Food was delicious and reasonable with lots of choices for all kinds of tastes.

Happy to say Heart of Jerusalem has multiple locations here in the area. Enjoyed our food and first visit here. I lived in Saudi for a few years and this was a pleasant reminder of a dinner out in one of the more Westernized Eastern Province towns. Egyptian pop music in the background, generous platters of fresh authentic Middle Eastern food. Service was a little slow for how few people were there. But the food made up for it.

We had lunch here on Monday and the restaurant was busy. It is a small restaurant with approximately 5 tables and 7 booths indoors and two tables outside. The A/C made it very cold inside. Service was slow and unreliable because one woman was serving the entire restaurant as well as being cashier. The sage tea was not tasty...tasted like toilet water smells! Once the food arrived, it was delicious. My gyro with beef, lamb and falafel was flavorful and juicy. The hummus and pita bread was amazing! I recommend for take out or plan to wait!
