Located by the sea, right next to the sandy beach, a perfect spot to experience the feeling of the sea waves and wind and to admire beatiful sunsets. It is about fresh fish and seafood of high quality. dishes express exceptional cooking skills and are presented very well. Highly recommended....every year a surprise

I've been there from my campsite in Marina di Grosseto after a long way in the middle of the beautiful wild landscape of Maremma's hills.Once there, i realized that surely only Trip Advisor is able to lead me in an anonymous village like Tirli, nothing to highlight but is position in the middle of woods (the owner introduced the place with a "be careful to wild boars when you come back").The place is nice, popular (a lot of local people among the customers), the staff is incredibly friendly and informal, I've liked so much. The food is quite (!) good: I've especially appreciated the second course with wild boar meat and the dessert. A little bit poorer the fried vegetables as appetizer, not very good the roast pork meat.Very good the wine, fragrant and strong, remarkable the water in the jug (from the public aqueduct, I presume).I got a pizza for my daughter and it was good. The average cost was 25 euro per person.

A bad experience. Warm pasta, tagliata manzo hard and full of nerves. Service not up for Italian standard with second bottle of wine without chance of tasting. More than an our wait between the first and second course when outside was very cold weather.

Our chef knows how important it is, not to follow the fashions in the kitchen. For this, to eat well is for us synonymous of the equilibrium between past and present. We believe in the care of every one of our dishes and in the guardianship of traditional
I went yesterday evening with two friends in this lovely restaurant in the wonderful Maremma countryside. The food was delicious as was the housewine, which comes direvtly from the the estate of the beard owner and cook, Tommaso . You can taste local products from the place including the famous Tortelli maremmami, the wildboard with orange, and the fried artichoke-balls. The setting is very attractive, being the restaurant in a a sort of greenhouse on a prairie. If you are in Maremma it is really worth the detour. I also found the price very reasonable with excellent value for money.Thank you so much for your positive review. The philosophy of Re Sugo is really oriented to preserve the ancient and traditional âmaremmanaâ cuisine with passion and innovation. In Maremma we usually cook wild boar with a classic tomato sauce but, in line with our ideas, we have developed a new recipe with aromatic herbs and oranges. I'm happy that you like it. Another important choice of our restaurant is the selection of typical products from small producers located near to the restaurant. Mr. Silvano Mori is a renowed "salumiere" from the village of Torniella and is very famous because his truffle salami is sold in London by Harrod's. Tomatoes, sauces and vegetables are fresh and we prefer hydroponic crops without chemicals. I hope to see you soon in the Maremma to enjoy good food and a good wine! Open from 200.7 in Caldana, in the heart of the metalliferous hills of Maremma. The La Gricia well as offering a typical local cuisine,, wisely elaborates the classic Romanesque kitchen. The restaurant has an attractive terrace. The use of superior qualit
One of the best meat dishes I've had for a long time.....two friendly maitre'd's, one with excellent English......but very slow......wouldn't recommend with lots of kids or in a hurry......with time on your hand, then great.

We stopped here for a quick dinner...cheese, mixed salumi and wine all 100% local. Simone and crew are very good at what they do. We had our dinner downstairs where the cantina is properly set up as an old style tuscan/italian kitchen with sharing tables where you can steal advice from the regulars of The Salumeria. We highly recommend this place! Prices are very reasonable...said from an Italian!Dario&Abi

This restaurant is really out of the way but definitely make a detour if you can. Delightful reception from the owner/chef and a truly astonishing meal at very reasonable prices. Tuscan food raised to an exceptional level with subtle flavours and local specialities. We followed Paula's recommendation and were served a variety of home made pasta followed by guinea fowl. Altogether an outstanding dinner even in an area renowned for its memorable food.
