Tatty menus not a great start, mediocre food with undercooked tortilla, squid that we didn't finish & other completely unmemorable dishes.Asked for two glasses of cava and was served a small bottle of 'babycham' ridiculous from an island overflowing with amazing local sparkling wines.Someone needs a kick up the bum.

Visited twice on our holiday. Both times perfection. Lovely view over ocean. On the cycle/walk path from Arricefe to Puerto del Carmen. Food delicious and had a variety of dishes, all very good. Wines also excellent. Would recommend and will return.

Wonderful food and great characters working in this fine establishment. I always have the Aubergine Parmesan to start - amongst the best Iâve ever tasted. This time around Iâve been enjoying the Iberian Pork, I can honestly say it is one of the best cooked pieces of pork Iâve ever tasted. See you next visit (and my parents soon!!)

Having read the reviews on TA we were a little disappointed with our overall experience at La Puntilla. We were unfortunate in that we were the only couple dining in the restaurant, so with itâs bright lights, tired decor and dour waiter the restaurant lacked any sort of warmth or atmosphere. In contrast the food was good albeit with the exception of my main course our starters and my wifeâs main of pork were served without any sort of sauce or jus, hence a little dry. That said it was tasty and of good quality. The price you see is not what you pay with tax added on at the end making our meal expensive for what it was. Sadly could not recommend and would not return.

Lovely place to go for lunch or dinner. Great set menu. Staff very attentive. Will recommend. Very good, small tapas bar. Only a few tables inside though. Opted for the lomo alto with peppers, calamari and canarian potatoes. All 3 dishes were excellent! Very friendly service and all at a good price. Great find and will return on next shopping trip

Overall: will visit again, possible to pay eith card, personel great, prices around 10â¬/meal. Atmosphere is very comforting yet luxurious. Best deal is Cheeks.Service: we came 30min before closing and they still fully served us :) menus also in english, waiters speak english fluently, are helpful professional and caring.Meals: local wine from the island was very tasty (17â¬/bottle).Starters: best Gyoza (8â¬) I ever had, beautiful fusion of rabbit, salmorejo sauce and Gyoza. Prawn Satay (9â¬) - fried prawn sticks very delicious with spici peanut sauce, amazing!Main courses: Cheeks - tender, falling apart in an amazing green curry sauce and a bowl of rice (best deal). Wreck fish - creamy, in a very intensive shrimp stew and grilled asparagus.Salmon Chirashi, which is basically rice and marinated raw salmon. All in all it was worth it and a very intense and enriching experience.

Visited on the last night of our holiday for a special.meal. Had read about it on this site. Weren't disappointed. This restaurant took over the site that Lilium used to occupy before it moved to the marina. Nice ambience. Very welcoming and charming staff. Excellent food and at a good price. Can definitely recommend.

This place is one of the closest to our accommodation therefore ideal for arrival day lunch - check in, unpack and off we go!Our choices were a Bacon Sandwich (with accompaniment of chips and salad garnish) and a Goat's Cheese Salad plus house rose got the holiday off to a good start.We visited again following a very long morning's walk along the coastal path from PdC, past the airport, Playa Honda and on into Arrecife when some serious carbs were necessary. A shared Calzone plus a house salad hit the spot this time.Good value and a friendly waiter cum daytime chef - we will come again.tanks Nino
