My wife and I walked by this beautiful little restaurant at lunchtime, reviewed the dinner menu and made a reservation. It was a great choice! The restaurant is located in the common area at the intersection of three quiet streets. We ordered scallops and lamb and both were great. We combined it with a reasonably priced bottle of Sauvignon. We finished the meal with an assortment of bite sized sweets-fantastic! Service was attentive but not intrusive. Definitely will go back!

Welcome to Pittz, the first Falafel dedicated restaurant in Aix ! Our excellent pita bread and our home made Falafel will surprise you by its freshness and its taste. Test it and love it. We use more than ten different ingedients to make our pita Falafel.
Good flavour, fresh ingredients and made to order. The vegetables are a good mix and the falafel are crispier than I usually have, which I prefer. I would have prefered the pita be heated on a grill rather than in a microwave. Service was ok. Would recommend.Hello and thank you for your kind comment. I am happy to know that you liked our pita falafel. Regarding your remarks about the way we heat the pita bread, please note that we have a classical oven and regularily heat the pita breads with it upon simple request : just tell us to avoid the microwave oven and we will do so.Please also note that we have two wave detectors and use them constantly to check the waves level of the oven. Why two detectors ? (different brands) because we consider one reading unreliable unless we can confirm it with a second matching reading coming from another source. In this way we make sure that the reading is accurate and reliable.Reading the wave emission level also comes to protect ourselves and our visitors of course : microwave radiation is potentially unhealthy and can easily spread in the room. we tolerate no emission from any side of the microwave oven over 3-5cm away from it,By the way, we use low wave emission ovens, and have a process which greatly limits the wave used.I hope I made you change you mind :))All the best

We made a last minute reservation and were seated on the entrance level. Menu was on a chalk board and appears to vary each day. We had fish and chicken. Both dishes were well prepared and presented.

he restaurant is a small place known by locals. Homemade tapas with quality products. A large selection of wines from the region and the whole of France, but also spirits, beer and cocktail
We reserved late but were lucky to get two seats at the bar counter. Got there nice and early to have a few glasses of wine before dinner and that was a great idea. The wine selection (available in big or small portions by the glass) is varied enough for everybody to find a match. We didnât have a cocktail but the ones that came out from the bar looked good. Food is excellent. Had the mix of tapas to share then burgers. The burger is as french as I imagine a burger could be. Brioche bun, coarse ground excellent quality meat and a nice ripe cheese on top. Thank you for your comment :-)we are glad that you had a good time and that you enjoyed the homemade with only fresh products.See you soon,The whole El Primo team

Do not start a one-man-operation if you can't handle it, like in this place. The owner is the only one hazzling around serving the food.We had to wait for the entrees almost 50 minutes. Maybe they were so time-taking to make? Gazpacho and Marseille Sardines straight served from the actual tin can, some bread and vege on the side. Kind of food that is ready made during the prep. The mains we received almost in ok time. The bill: he brought the bill and I waived the plastic, then had to wait more than 10 minutes, after that put on the cash and left.In this place there was no sign of the french precision in the restaurant where you basically never wait anything, more you control the time by eating slowly, otherwise you are out of the dinner in less than 30 minutes.Food was ok, nothing that special. Strange things too was that on the walls you have the menus, we had almost ten minutes time to translate them to english, then we were given plastic menu cards and told that the menus on the wall got old months ago.. On the Blackboard!! Can't they just wipe them out or refresh? Also, one thing to mention: If you have an air conditioning, make it work. Now it was just for "fun".To me, I got the feeling, that customer is not in the focus here, but the owners ambitions.

Mediteranean and local food. All products are organic and fresh. The restaurant is outside the city center but you can let your car on our private park. It's localized between MA TERRE (shop of organic vegetables ands fruits) and LA FABRIQUE (organic and
Modern spacious decor and fine fresh foods pleasingly presented. We are not organic fanatics and we still found this restaurant a cut above most places around. It is also one of the few places that do NOT feature a television and where the tables are set far enough apart that you can actually talk to your friends over the meal. Primarily a lunch place but hopefully they will add more evenings soon. The daily dishes are reasonably priced, the menu items a bit more but worth it. The cafe gourmand is really gourmand with three or four scrumptious and not that little desserts. Save room for it....Thanks for your comment. We appreciate your note about place in the restaurant and about quantities in the dishes et desserts. All is organic et home made. The daily dish cost 15 ⬠with a coffee or tee. You can eat quickly if you want.See you soon at Biochef

This small restaurant serves good starters like sardins in oil and mussels. The main dish I tasted was a very good beef tartare with pesto combined to a fantastic salad.Thank's a lot ! A bientôt.

This is a wonderful friendly restaurant, very popular. The staff were extremely accommodating and found us a table despite the fact that our landlady had forgotten to book. Great atmosphere, very popular with locals, great for big groups or just two as in our case. Reasonably priced at around 60 Euros for two, including drinks.

I had a fantastic lunch at tita and the staff were very friendly. One staff member spoke excellent english and made everything very easy for me. I had a falafel and kofta plate with salsa, hummus and a lovely chilli paste. It was also served with sliced cabbage, a pita, roasted courgettes and a lovely roasted sweet potato.
