This is a popular eatery among the locals. We had the best roast chicken ever here. The tilapia fish was also tasty and the vegetable that is known as dragon beard taste so good just plain fried. The restaurant is full during weekends so either be early or expect a longer wait for food. Nice cool air makes this an enjoyable dinner. Really reasonably priced.

Chinese - Malay food
The pricing in this restaurant is reasonable and the food is marvelous. We had a great dinner there but not eating steamboat, just a dinner with their local stir fried dishes as vegetables was fresh and tasty there. The lady boss was very helpful in a way she will provide some recommendation for the portion and some of their best dishes, but waiting is slightly longer on peak period. The place was not quite clean & parking was quite difficult to find. But overall, is a great place for food & i definitely will be back for their dishes

It offers the usual Chinese style chu-char (stir-fry) dishes. We found the serving portions to be small and the prices were high. The taste and quality of the food was just average. Seating arrangement in the corner-lot shophouse was satisfactory. However, the service was not friendly and the lady proprietress was unwelcoming.

For RM20 per person, its sufficient to fill u up. There are quite a few along this street so take your pick. Recommended is Tom Yum broth.

Was introduced to this restaurant many years ago. Was happy with them then, still happy with them now! Good food, reasonable prices, attentive and friendly service plus easy parking, what more can one ask for?We always ask the restaurant to recommend their signature dishes but this place went beyond that. After savoring her recommended asparagus beans, she even gave me a tip on how to cook it at home! I was so surprised and impressed at their ease and confidence in divulging their trade "secrets". Later on when I went vegetable shopping, a vendor discouraged me to buy said beans, claiming that it is "not nice". When I told her a restaurant manageress taught me how to cook it, her eyes grew as big as saucers! Ha! Will definitely go back again!
Steamboat is good. Service is friendly and patient. The restaurant offered free review of vege for the steamboat. Hi, appreciate that giving us full point rating and positive comments about our food and service. Glad that you enjoy dining at our restaurant. Here we have lots of fresh vegetables where are free flow when taking steamboat. Welcome when back to town. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed the authentic old fashion way of having steamboat which uses charcoal, with freshly grown organic vegetable; that somehow made the food tastier. We were given two choices of steamboat sets: vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We opted for the non-vegetarian set, we were served with a fairly large portion of fresh prawns, chicken, cuttlefish, jellyfish, about ten types of vegetables, brown rice, rice noodles, eggs & some fish balls plus the chicken soup was really sweet and delicious. I would highly recommend this place as I would definitely visit this place again! After your meal; you could buy organic vegetables to take home.

We don't usually go for this type of cuisine, but thought we would give it a go and was pleasantly surprised.Luckily, the menu (which is in both English & Chinese) had 'Recommended' items, which we generally stuck to. We went for the slat and pepper squid, butter fried chicken, egg-fried rice (with ginger), and a traditional rib hot pot with Chinese herbs. I would recommend all of them. We were warned by the lovely waitress that the flavours of the hot pot might be too strong for a western palet, but it was fine. The waitress there is absolutely great. She's personable, funny, pleasant and welcoming.

Operated by a pleasant elderly couple. Specialty is the strawberry/fruit pancake topped with ice cream. Worthy of repeat visits. Located in a row of foodstalls. We parked our car just in front of the stall.
