I've been here with my gf. We had a menu with one entry, a pasta duet to (two types of pasta in a dish) and a main course to choose fish of meat, coffee and dessert and wine (bottle) included for 30⬠each. Everything was local and fresh, not particularly tasty, but it's because the ingredients do not help, for example the fish, pike perch, it doesn't have an intense flavour. Nice restaurant, to visit.

Rooms and apartaments overlooking the lake
Nice place, friendly service (the waiter explained the dishes in both Italian and English), The food choices are interesting and somehow original. The food is delicious and nicely presented. Not cheap but reasonably priced.

The court was built around the same time as the Moncucco monastery, in proximity to Lake of varese wasof great strategic importance during this era. The Noble Strada family of Milano were landlords here for around two centuries ..
Absolutely magical and very relaxing place to eat Food was delicious and very well presentedOnly downside was that a few things on the menu were not availableOtherwise would certainly recommend

The restaurant is located on the beach, you can apreciate Lake fish or Sea Food or actually just come and chill out drinking a glass of wine. Hope to see you soon !
You're sitting by Lake Maggiore, a cold, crisp white wine in your hand, eating great pasta. What's wrong with this picture? Absolutely nothing. Pure decadence. Try the strozzapreti ragu lago pasta. A sauce to die for. Add great service and a view of Isola Madre, and, hey, you have a perfect lunch. 41 euros for 2 pasta dishes, 2 glasses of wine, a bottle of water and 2 coffees; not super cheap, but well worth it.

In an Agriturismo, the spacious dining area had wonderful service (speaking only in Italian), and with a limited but delicious selection of courses. The antipasti was delicious and accompanied by various condimenti such as agrodolce herbs (marmalade-like), with the flan/custard of peas being my favorite. The risotto of strawberries was very good, and nicely soupy as preferred (and the usual in this region), but not as redolent of strawberries as desired. A half liter of local white wine (Pinot Grigio) accompanied and was good. We were both VERY full with that the antipasti and the risotto. Good experience, and for two people the total was only â¬46.
