If you are a foreginer you will be impressed. If you are a Mexican national also!Staff is very friendly and try to explain the dishes if you are not familiar. It is a buffet where drinks are not included neither desserts. They also own a brazilian steak house which is next door.Waitress Sugeydi was amazing with her charm.Place closes at 6 pm

La Bodeguita del Medio, 70 years of history. ... "My mojito in the Bodeguita and my daiquiri in the Floridita", used to say the famous American writer Ernest Hemingway (1899-1961), who lived two decades on the island of Cuba and whose example is imitated
Apparently this is a chain of restaurants. One that I will certainly look out for as it was truly excellent. We sat outside and enjoyed a few mojitos on the terrace. The menu is excellent and would strongly recommend the Torta Cubana. Delicious sandwich with pork.

Brasa & Oyster Mariscos
I had some really great fish here. Other smaller things, like ship tacos or empanadas were also really well done. They didn't have a couple of the "fish of the day" items listed on their menu, and they seemed to be replace with more expensive options, but everything was very delicious and the service was great about explaining my options. My spanish is somewhat limited, but they were patient and helped me figure out their options.

One of the better meals we've had anywhere! Chef/owner Ernesto recommended our food and everything was excellent! the steaks were wonderful; the sauces for them creative and delicious. I especially loved the smokey local cheese appetizer. Would love to duplicate this at home, but it's a fresh local cheese. Darn! Would definitely go again when in Villahermosa.(While the restaurant is friendly to children, I don't think I'd tke them here as the food is sophisticated and prices are commensueate with a nice, gourmey meal out.)Thank you very much, it was an honor to serve you and we are glad that you enjoyed all the dishes and more of the recommendations of our chef Ernesto Aguilera, come back soon, we waiting for you !
