Tronco Burrito is a "make your own" burrito/taco/nacho with a configuration similar to chains such as Chipotle and Qdoba in the United States. They do serve beer as well as soft drinks (several cold coca colas go best with the burrito). You elect whether you're going to have a burrito/taco/nacho and then, get to choose the fillings/toppings you'd like. What sets this establishment apart (and well above) the others is the use of al pastor chicken. Deliciously flavored, not too mild not too spicy, and juicy as can be. I got the burrito with the al pastor chicken, black beans, cilantro rice, veggies, lettuce, cheese+sour cream, salsas and their nacho cheese (+costs extra but nothing good in life is free). Again they stand out because of their salsa, which do not hold back in flavor or heat (they have 3 levels: mild/medium/hot) and are a blended salsa for smooth consistency. I got the spiciest and loved it, as it was not overwhelming but accentuated the flavors within the burrito as well as added heat. As a lover of all things nacho cheese i took the risk and got their jalapeno cheddar cheese sauce (comes in a squirt bottle), and was not dissappointed at all, great cheesey flavor, mild spice, and combined with the sour cream: creates a dynamic of cool and creamy versus the hot and spicy that comes with the al pastor+ hot sauce. My mouth is actually watering as I recount this and my greatest disappointment was finding out that Santa Marta is one of the only locations (their cartagena location closed). If this establishment was in the states, or elsewhere in Colombia I would have eaten here many, many, more times.

We arrived early evening. The place was almost empty except a birthday party in a separate salon. We had to get our own menu because the waitresses were busy doing nothing. We sat at to tables beside each other but the same waitress where not able to take the same order. The pizza was ok, just ok, but the beverages arrived late and the lack of interest from the abundant employees makes me not want to come back. We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Burukuka. They seated us on the edge of the patio as requested in my reservation, and promptly brought us a bottle of Veuve Clicquot at a reasonable price. Our reservations were at 5:30, which allowed us to watch a perfect sunset. The food was fairly good: tropical chicken, plantains with guac and sour cream, but relatively pricey compared to other Rodadero restaurants, but still reasonable considering the atmosphere and sunset view of Rodadero. Service was also good, but not quite as expected for the price and occasion that they were aware of. The biggest disappointment was the amount of litter visible on the hillside that the restaurants sits on. It would only take a few hours to tie off some ropes and lower someone down to collect the trash. It's not quite a cliff, so it's doable, and the results would be a drastic improvement. They are most popular after the sun goes down as they bring in a DJ and the patio tables are cleared for dancing. It's worth the visit for the photo opp alone.

If you are looking to have a quick, good, affordable and tasty lunch, this is your place. Don't expect fine plates and excellent service, it's just good. The food quality is great indeed and the portions are big. Nothing to critisice, but it didn't wow me either.

I hope this comment can help any of you . I am a person that likes to travel a lot . One of my favorite things to do is to try a Peruvian restaurant in each of the country that I visit. I love the gastronomy of Peru ... My experience was like this . I enter the restaurant and it was completely empty , this was my first scary feeling I started to doubt. 2. Than they gave me the menu which was on a paper ( bad point ) 3. menu doesnt not have so many options at all ( super bad point ) Each restaurant that I have visit so far has so many things to choose from . 4. The price of each dish is sky high . ( on my 5th ur gonna find out why I considered high ) 5. I thought this restaurant was PERuVIAn . It DOES NOT HAVE A PERUVIAN TASTE AT ALL ...I was totally dissapointed.

Bistroveg by Ouzo is a vegetarian restaurant with vegan and gluten free options. Through the experience of American chef Mike McMurdo and local chef Juan Bautista, it delivers local and international flavors.
Iâm not really a vegetarian so my friendo had to talk me into going to the restaurant. But the flavours and creativity the restaurant present really makes you forget your craving for meat or fish. A really pleasant surprise for me! The service was also friendly and attentive. I really recommend trying this place!!

The best Mexican restaurant in Colombia, Entre Cuates is the old Chavela Taqueria & Bar and we have made some improvements in the menus for you. Come and try the best food and the best ambience in this beautiful city!
On the corner of Parque de los Novios, this restaurant offers the standard dishesâand musicâof Mexico. We had the carnitas tacos and enchiladas verdes, the former was decent, the latter was layered in salsa and cheese, but a bit bland. I used the jalapeño salsa liberally. We arrived just after they opened for lunch when it was empty, but this is supposed to draw a bigger crowd after 5:30 for dinner. The book of a menu has pictures for non-Spanish speaking tourists.
