Find out what Latin restaurants to try in Oak Park. Architecture buffs will be well acquainted with Oak Park, once the home of Frank Lloyd Wright, where he designed and built some of his earliest buildings. Unity Temple, the Nathan G. Our group of 5, of whom 2 eat here frequently, enjoyed dinner. We ordered two servings of trout, plus chicken enchiladas, scallops, and a classic chicken dish. Itâs nice to join friends at a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a wide variety of delicious, attractive dishes.

Chef Paco is great and really makes this place a destination. His moles are amazing. Tried the enchiladas with 6 different mole sauces. Spectacular. Be prepared to be charmed into dessert or other items. The entire staff is just great and so is the food.

My friend and I met up for a marvelous Sunday brunch - I had the omelette with jalepeno and Manchego cheese with Brussels sprouts (excellent) and my friend had the Chorizo Eggs Benedict. Both were interesting flavors and very well-executed. Good service and a pleasant vibe, plus a great value in Oak Park.

This is a tapas-style restaurant, although you can order complete meals. The food was good but not spectacular. The fancy drinks were small and didn't seem like a good value for the money, although they were tasty. The service was really uneven. My husband got his drink promptly; it took 20 minutes for mine to arrive. This happened twice. The waitress said she could put the order in for the various dishes and they would come out one at a time; most everything came at once and didn't fit on the tiny tables. The appetizer came last. The dessert was supposed to be key lime pie but mostly tasted like frosting. Many of the tables have booth backs, which may be an issue for some customers.
