I had the vegetarian arepa and it was delicious. Such good value. The guy wasnât the friendliest but the food was tasty. This place is in the centre of town just up from the park towards the bus station â donât follow the map there is here as it takes you outside town in completely the wrong direction.

Stopped for dinner and had the place to ourselves. Willy the proprietor taught us some more Spanish and helped us order. The portions were large, meat, avocado and salad, we opted for the baked plantain (porconnes?) , delicious. Our advice, eat early as the place gets packed after 7pm.
