Our bartender (we ate at the bar), Vincent was quite good and attentive. My Skinny Vodka Mojito was good once he added another shot otherwise it was weak. My companion enjoyed a strawberry Margarita which was quite good. We shared a goat cheese guacamole without onions and it was excellent. We probably could have eaten just that, because it was quite large. The chips which are usually good, were too well done, so Vincent got us some better chips. Love the chips! Each of us had the Salmon salad and loved it!! I was surprised it was not crowded at all on a Friday night. We will return.

Wasn't a fan of the level of service. They appeared to be attentive to other guests but they almost totally ignored me. The took my order, brought me my drink, then the food, then disappeared for 1/2 hour. It was as if I was invisible. Finally the came by and asked me about another drink. They brought the drink, and I told them they could bring my check... but I waited another 1/2 hour for that. And when they saw my CC on the table they still took ten more minutes to cash me out. They really should understand that once you are ready to leave... you are ready to leave. NOT wait a lot longer for payment. Just disrespectful. I will not go back.

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
We went to a Brazilian buffet in Cancun, and heard there was one in Cleveland. The selection wasn't quite as large as the first one we experienced, but there is plenty of food. You can pay one price just for the food bar, or for an additional fee add the meat selections. If you have never been to a Brazilian buffet, they waiters bring the meat around on swords, perched on a cast iron oval skillet (so the edge has something to rest on). You have a little sign that is red for stop or green for go. If it is on red, they all stop at different times to offer you meat selections that are freshly carved. It was a nice atmosphere and we took our time. Dessert is not included, although they make it sound that way, and no matter which you choose, its $10 each. We made reservations online which I really liked doing. Again, the selections on what they call the salad bar, are not your typical selections. That made this place very worthy of a visit. Definitely a dinner choice to try once. I am not a spicy food type of person, so dont let the Brazil name fool you. If you wanted any kind of meat more done, they would bring you out a piece on the sword specifically made to your liking. We really enjoyed our evening here.
