From its opening in 2014, this restaurant naturally stands out as a reference in high French-Korean gastronomy. In an intimate smart and sober set, well seated at wooden high tables, you will be drawned in by this friendliness and love of sharing which ar
This review is mostly for the cooking with the chef experience. My Amateur Chef training continues in Paris the fantastic chef @wallantime of @pierre_sang Pierre is a #michelinstar chef who owns three Korean French Fusion restaurants in Paris where you can enjoy a unique open kitchen 5 course (Secret menu) bar dining experience for only 35â¬. They don't disclose the ingredients beforehand. After you try, you guess and then tell you. My day began visiting a local farmers market to select the freshest ingredients of my choosing: I chose Scallop in the shell, whole Mackerel, leaks, fennel, zucchini, shallots, onions, and yellow beats. We made Zucchini purée, fresh yellow beat ribbons, scallop (remains) Au Jus with leak, fennel, onions and Amaretto, Buerre Blanc sauce with shallots, pan roasted Scallops and Mackerel. Once finished we both called upon our creative abilities to come up with our best plating.Dear Dina,Many thanks your this review, and particularly from Allan!Cooking classes are important to us because they create a real link through transmission and conviviality with our Guests. The experience you describe here is exactly what we invite you to discover : - Our local markets offering products from a sustainable and local agriculture - Share our knowledge and know how concerning the cuisine and products - Reveal the chef and artist sleeping in all of us!Now that you have tried 2 of our restaurants and the cooking class, stay tuned for the upcoming projects! All the team is looking forward to welcome you during your next stay in Paris.Kindest regards,Guillaume Van der HaegenGeneral Manager

Trust The Chef! Such a amazing dining experience, but I am not surprised as it another Pierre Sang restaurant. Small, quaint and personal... and personable. Only questions are you food sensitivities, then you leave it to the chef to create dishes for you. This is different as you try first, then you try to guess what you had which means youâre probably wrong. Food can be so alluring and masquerade as different foods. This is a fun and rememberable experience. Note the entrance is somewhat hidden, it has the hole in the wall feel, trust the address and you shall find this true gem. Dear Wanderlusting,A big thanks for this amazing review concerning our gastronomic restaurant Pierre Sang Signature. As you underline, we took in consideration everyone's diet in order to accommodate the best discovery menu for them.It is important to us to provide a nice cuisine, mixing Korean and French gastronomy, regarding our guests' allergies, preferences and sensitivities.Best wishes for this new year and we all hope to welcome you again Dina!Best regards,Guillaume Van der HaegenGeneral Manager

Fun experience, enjoying dinner being served various dishes while trying to guess the ingredients and then talking to the staff after having finished each dish what you actually ate. Friendly and upbeat staff. Positive and easy-going atmosphere. Some nice combinations, expected a bit more Korean touch though. Fun to watch the staff preparing the dishes as you sit at the bar with full view to the small open "kitchen". To make the concept work, several ingredients need to be prepared in advance and then put together while you are watching. Great value for price.

Shingane in a neighborhood gem, perfect for a lunch or dinner after a visit to Pere Lachaise, which offers a broad menu of appetizers, bimbimbaps, and BBQ that you cook yourself at the table. Fun for large groups. Reasonably priced. Reservation is recommended in the evening as shingane is a victim of its success.
