I live not too far from Hana and it's so awesome. Their food is excellent, freshly made and well priced, around $10 per plate. This is definitely meant to be family style. Get a few dishes to share. I would say this is the best Korean food I've ever had. And their small side dishes are out of this world. Go on Saturday and they have a special potato that they only serve on Saturdays. Not open on Sundays. It is family run, so if you go at dinner time, please be patient with the service. Their food is worth the wait.Suggestions: Spicy Squid (mildy spicy and a little sweet); spicy crab soup (very spicy); Korean short ribs; Japchae (clear noodles with veggies and Korean beef; can be made vegetarian); tofu in black bean sauce (vegetarian); veggie dumplings; Korean pork chops

Came here for BBQ and some kimbap. They sadly informed us that they don’t serve kimbap on the weekend, only during the week. There’s a huge colander filled with red leaf lettuce at the next table. All bbq is nicely wrapped and dressed with the red leaf lettuce. We ordered 2 spicy chicken BBQ.My husband said it’s toasty inside, the air is on, maybe low, but there’s a lot of heat from the grills no doubt. The spicy chicken meat is yummy and has a nice kick to it. The chicken meat came with asparagus, mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and onions. We asked for some garlic to add to the grill. Their kimchi banchan is not bad, they provided potato salad, fish cake, broccoli, green onion salad. They have the purple rice here. The bbq food was good and the service was great. All staff help each other out and you can ask anyone for anything and they will gladly bring it to you or address your concerns. Great service. I see why it’s so popular and often busy here. It was beyond filling and wonderfully delicious.

The bento boxes here are as good as anything you'll find in the more crowded local options (bonus: without the crowds!). Service is decent and prices are reasonable. It's location is a great perk as well, easy to get to from Ypsi or Ann Arbor.
