Plenty of friends rave about the sushi here, but I can only comment on the Hibachi experience we recently had.Pro - Hibachi chef was very entertaining, ambiance is very impressive, plenty of hibachi entree choices, portions were fairly largeCon - vegetables - no carrots or broccoli - just shrooms, zucchini, squash, ginger/mustard sauces not great, more expensive than other competitors, tuna was overcooked (ordered rare, cooked medium)There are better hibachi options nearby that are less expensive and have better food. The lack of variety in the vegetables was especially annoying. We'll probably be back at some point to try the sushi, but we won't be eating hibachi here again.Unlike many hibachi restaurants, Shogun has a liquor license.

It was family day at Sumo's our son, daughter and grandson in town so we went to our favorite restaurant. My wife ordered the salmon bento box and I the golden salmon roll both were ver good. Our son, daughter and grandson ordered the sashimi appetizer for dinner. They ate everything. Pork goyza, New Zealand mussrla and Hamachi Kana appetizer rounded out what we had. Over the 12 years this restaurant has always servered consistently good high quality food. We will be back soon.

We were in the area so we tried Mizuki Hibachi for the first time. We arrived around 6 pm and the place only had three other tables with guests. We were seated at a Hibachi table by ourselves. Seated at the next Hibachi table were three women who allowed their 4 children to run around the restaurant screaming. The entire time that we were there the children ran in circles yelling while the three mothers sat at a table and talked. I couldn't believe that the management allowed it. Both our Hibachi dinners, the Hibachi chef and the service was very good. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. It was a shame that the management allowed these four children to ruin everyone's dinner in the restaurant. I don't think that we will be back.

Japanese specialties, tapas, sushi and japanese inspired entrees.
Had an awesome experience at Taka. Service was great and the food was out of this world. DELICIOUS sushi with so many options and generous portions. Also, the meatloaf was spectacular (paired with a roll as an appetizer). Highly recommended.
