Hisui 2 is a great place to go if you enjoy a lot of sushi options and don't want to break the bank. While they don't offer a hibachi or boat style buffet (like the original Hisui does), the service is fast and the sushi is delicious. Great place for lunch or dinner and is rarely ever over packed (plenty of seating). Its worth a visit!

Okashi Fusion is a small family owned restaurant that opened in July of 2016. We are located in the Nut Tree Plaza. We specialize in fully customizable Hawaiian Style Poke Bowls built to cater to a wide variety of tastes. We provide counter style service
This is a very casual place. You order at the counter (and there may be a line) and then your bowl will be ready by the time you have paid. It's a build-your-own poke bowl, which is great for picky/particular eaters. The format reminded me of Pluto's. The food was fresh and the servers were helpful and patient. They made recommendations and answered questions, as this was our first visit. I went with 3 other people and we were all impressed with the quality and the price. We ordered bowls with half brown rice and half salad greens. In addition to poke bowls, you can also order ice cream and other related desserts. We didn't try anything, since the bowls were pretty filling, but it looked good.
Although Tokyo Grill is a full service Japanese restaurant, I go for the sushi (although the pot stickers and egg rolls are great too). They have a large variety of traditional and house-created sushi rolls, including several that are baked or fried. I have certain favorites, but Iâve liked every roll Iâve tried. Theyâre not just delicious, theyâre beautiful! The chef is an artist. And heâs happy to customize any roll to your taste. At other restaurants the rolls are mostly rice and other inexpensive ingredients, with a little bit of fish. Tokyo Grill does not scrimp on the fish, or the fish eggs! Yet their prices are quite affordable. Another thing that makes it affordable is NO CORKING FEE! You can bring your own wine and theyâll cork it, provide glasses, and pour it, for no charge!

As our daughter, her husband and three little girls aged 11, 10 and 9 have lived in Vacaville, when we make our annual visit (we come from Eastern Canada) we always make at least two sorties to Kazan and we have never been disappointed: the food is always excellent and the owners and staff are always so welcoming and cooperative. This last visit we started with miso soup for all seven of us, with the server remembering that the girls like extra, extra tofu. Several of us found that the addition of a drop of soy sauce was needed to salt it.The girls then love to eat tempura shrimp, so two orders allowed us adults to savour a piece each, too. It was crispy and delicious.Following that, we placed an order of hamachi sashimi, which came with a dozen pieces almost a centimetre thick slices which we consumed with alacrity. Oh, they were good! We also ordered three orders (each order having two pieces) of nigiri maguro (bluefin tuna) two orders each of nigiri saba (mackerel), tai (red snapper), unagi (fried eel), ebi (shrimp), sake (salmon - we chose fresh, not smoked), one order of nigiri creamy scallop and one order of nigiri spicy scallop. In addition, we ordered an item new on the menu, small raw oysters on a spicy sauce. During the eating of these items, the girls had a Japanese soft drink, which has to have a ball smashed down into the inside of the bottle, one cold unfiltered sake and one large hot sake.We apparently had not quite filled our tummies, for we ordered another two nigiri saba and two nigiri sake, along with a golden salmon roll and a special spicy tuna roll. Four of us (the 11-year old, our daughter, her husband and I) always relish eating uni (sea urchin roe) at the end of a good sushi meal, so we ordered four (again, two in each order) uni. Unfortunately, they could being only two, so we had to make do with one each. They were really filled, however. A few decided to split two orders of fried ice cream (not for me - I like ice cream outside on a really hot day). We had all definitely feasted well and every single piece of sashimi and nigiri sushi was perfect in size of fish and the rice on which it sat, with a dab of wasabi sandwiched between. Wasabi served in restaurants is almost universally Japanese horseradish, as the true wasabi is extremely expensive. We certainly recommend this restaurant and we certainly look forward to going back yet again.Cost: I usually document the cost of each item, but as there were so many, I will simply say there were 38 different orders, most of which comprised two items, although there were some single items, such as the drinks. However, the total cost was very reasonable at $194.37 + tax $15.31 = $209.68. We added a gratuity of $35.

Umi Sushi is the best Japanese restaurant that we have tried in the area. And the lunch bento box was a bargain; 2 entrees for $10.50. I had tempura and tonkatsu while my wife had California roll and chicken katsu. The katsu were not oily and the tempura was crispy and also not oily. The vegetables were cut to the right thickness and cooked to perfection. The tempura sauce was very tasty as was the miso soup that was part of the bento. The salad was very fresh and the sesame dressing had the right tang. The melon and orange slices were sweet. Sapporo draft was $2. We plan to return soon. Glad we found the place.

Come by your local Noodles & Company at 1640 E. Monte Vista Ave., , Vacaville where its globally inspired dishes including noodles, soups and salads, come together to create a World Kitchen.
I was hoping for Pho when we tried this for the first time. No pho on the menu but the menu has about eight different pasta and noodle dishes to choose from or you can make your own. I had the Korean Beef Noodles and they were ok, my wife had the Pad Thai noodles and they were better. There just isn't anything great or unique about this restaurant.
