I love the food here it's so fresh and tasty and cooked right in front of you. The selection is great and the lunch price is reasonable. Good for a once a week treat. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Having read some of the reviews we were somewhat sceptical. As long time visitors to the area we were keen to experience a cuisine we had rather neglected of late. However, there was nothing to worry about, it was very good.We arrived quite early when the restaurant was relatively quiet. As the evening drew on it became quite busy, with both take away and eat in customers. Always a good sign.We chose a variety of dishes, all of which were very good (I should have written this last month when I would have remember what we ate!)The service was extremely good and the waiting staff very helpful. The green tea ice cream was a great hit. We’ll certainly return on our next visit to the area.

This was a new experience for us, we had never been to a Japanese Restaurant before. We were served very promptly with very small dishes!! However this was just as well because the dishes that followed were huge and what a variety. The food was really tasty and unique.
