Is reasonable in delicious Yakitori boasts a fashionable interior. Taste also I think that you enjoy also atmosphere. Interior made of Japanese paper and full material and paint the wall, it is very popular for those who of women in the adult atmosphere.
We ordered half the menu and the food was extremely average and honestly flavourless. The only thing good was the deep fried onion and complimentary entree being the cheese and crackers. The yakitori itself was flavourless. The beef was so chewy. The egg potato mash was okay but nothing special. Terrible value for money AU$150 for 3 adults. We were then offered plastic yakitori skewer toys if we left a good review on Trip advisor / Google etc which explains why there may be so many positive reviews for the restaurant. Well I'm not a sellout, so BEWARE!Iâm sorry for you to have not the best experience with us for this time.We wish we have found out the problems earlier and made it better for you. We thank you for taking your time and sharing your experience and opinion.

Tokyo's most delicious Okonomiyaki and Monjayaki speciality restaurant! Experience cooking it for yourself! Kanto's Largest Restaurant with 220 seats. Booking available from 1 person to 100 persons! A hidden restaurant in Tokyo's famous Harajuku district
I was drawn to the place based on the reviews. Well, I don't think I'd go again to be honest. The food was okay, the artsy surrounding was nice, but there was little to nothing to bring me back. I found the layout of the place confusing, while when you enter, you are really not sure if shown to the table, where are the servers etc. That aside I think my biggest issue was horrible ventilation. You sit there and feel like being fried yourself. Not because of the heat, more like the oil in the air and smell of burn as no matter what, if you let bunch of tourists prepare Okonomiyaki, they burn stuff a bit (me included). Neither of other restaurants I experienced had this issue. So perhaps sitting somewhere else within the restaurant would help. Like this, not too thrilled...Thank you for writing the review. Okonomiyaki is a food unique to Japan, so some people don't fit it. Thanks for coming

For you USA tourists, this is over the top. This is Benihana on steroids. Overall experience including the quality of the food is over the top. Great owners. Squeezed half our party in without reservation. Great food. Great experience. Must visit in Japan.

In spite of the excellent reviews we read, this restaurant even exceeded our already high expectations. The staff took very good care of us from beginning to end and, whilst preparing our meat in front of our eyes, would also explain the history and traditions behind the dish. The meat was absolutely excellent (and we are quite demanding when it comes to meat), and the whole experience felt more like dining in a beautiful Japanese home than at a restaurant.Do not miss the green tea mousse with vanilla ice cream as desert either, itâs outstanding. We can not recommend Ikuta highly enough and will definitely be back when we next travel to Tokyo.

I had learned about Littlebird Cafe before coming to Japan on holiday (vacation). I was recommended over and over again in my research to come here. I was pleasantly surprised and I left full and happy. My husband and I stopped here for lunch. The place happened to be empty. I immediately started looking over the menu on what I could eat. There is a regular menu that indicates the whole kitchen is gluten-free. This is rare to see in Japan and hell even in the United States. There is also another menu that indicates what is also dairy-free. This was my best friend since I am dairy-free and gluten-free.I opted for the soy sauce ramen while my husband went with the curry ramen. Both our ramens were flavorful and delicious. We also shared some gyozas. We both also enjoyed a true gluten-free beer (made of soybean) called Nadogoshi Nara. I use to be a huge beer fan before I had to go gluten-free. Nadogoshi Nara is the closest gluten-free beer in taste to a regular lager that I have found in my search.I didn't have enough room left but I wanted to try the waffles. I would definitely recommend coming here for people who are gluten-free and non-gluten-free people. The food was excellent as well as the overall service.

This is the third time we have been here and every time we love it! It has large menu with lots of options at a very reasonable price, we are always pleasantly surprised with how cheap it ends up being! The food is amazing and has some of the best karaage I've had. The staff are friendly and welcoming and has a great atmosphere! Definitely recommend this place!Be warned - A person from another restaurant may come up to you as you're walking towards Tengu Sakaba and ask if you have a reservation, if you say no they will then try to convince you that their restaurant is much better and guilt trip you into going there. DON'T! It's awful!! We fell for it once, and luckily once we got up there we turned around and went back to Tengu Sakaba and had a great dinner in an awesome place!
