Local restaurant . No English menu but service is excellent even they don't speak a word of English. Everything we've order is delicious.

昭和30年代からの歴史があるとの事ですが、当時は和牛はもちろん乳牛の婆さん牛ですら一般庶民は口に出来なかったものです。硬くて乳臭い婆さん牛の肉を何とか食べ易くする為に叩いて薄く延ばして焼き、レモンを入れた醤油ベースのタレで臭みを胡麻化して食べたのが始まりと推察します。　現在では輸入肉をはじめ地元長崎和牛も使っていますが、和牛では折角の和牛香が消えてしまいます。和牛のサーロインもありましたが、寧ろ輸入肉や国産牛の赤身肉をタレの味で食べるのに向いていると思います。　牛肉なら何でも一緒と考えずに、種類や部位毎に向いている食べ方をして欲しいものです。

Restaurant is small and always busy, but it is worth the wait. They have an English menu. Everything is good and the prices are reasonable.

友人たちと昨年秋にオープンしたお店に行ってきました。店員さんオススメのひな鶏の半身唐揚げをはじめアラカルトでいただきました。コース料理じゃなくても飲み放題が付けられて◎。こちらお通しがグループに一つ小鍋がくるんです。これって苦手な人いますよね？でもってお会計みたら一人４00円でした。飲み放題が安いから仕方ないかな。と思いました。お料理は全般においしかったですよ。トイレが綺麗で気分よく過ごせました☆

This place is great to eat solo or with friends! Delicious food and drinks as well. They have a variety of on a stick foods. Miss this place so much! Is a little hidden, but great place! Also the prices are good!

If you want to consume sushi like there will be no tomorrow, this is the place. Prices are cheap, and the quality you get for those prices are excellent. Love this place! Where the locals eat, and felt like a true over hungry one that day!

This restaurant was recommended by colleagues who said that we had to go there if we wanted the best glass/crystal/clear squid sashimi.this place did not disappoint in the least!!!Seating is Japanese style on the floor, and very few servers speak any english. Basically you point at a picture on the menu and order (hoping for the best). If you have google translate on your phone, you might get half way there. But all of this is a good sign that that food is going to be awesome!We ordered a bunch of stuff (lot of it just by looking at plates that other servers were carrying elsewhere!!). The clear squid sashimi is quite a trip as the squid is literally alive when it is brought to your table with the tube all sliced up!! (see my pics). For me, once was enough though :-)i liked the other sushi and tempura dishes a lot better.Definitely recommend visiting this place when you go to Sasebo. I am going again in 2 weeks and am going again for sure!
