Moderno Food Park is one of the newest restaurants in the San Fernando- Angeles area. The place is a wide open food park where customers can choose to eat under one wide-open building or stay at an open park. Parking is not a problem at all. Customers can choose from local cuisine, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai, and many more choices. Their kare kare bagnet is superb. Try their family size order of shrimp tempura...it is a great tasting bunch. There is a live band entertainment that will surely make one's dining and drinking a lively experience.

The restaurant is like Yakimix, no much food to choose from. There are plenty of flies that are able to enter, one of the costumers even found a cockroach in his food. Not worth the money I paid for.

Even if the name sounds japanese, this buffet restaurant offers more than that. there are filipino dishes like sisig, adobo, lechon and there are italian/american food such as pizza, pasta, salads, etc. Of course, there are the Japanese mainstay dishes like sushi, maki, ebi tempura, etc. For desserts and drinks, there are also a lot of choices. For the price of P425, this place is worth a try.

The resto is inside SM Pampanga. The place has a typical Japanese ramen theme with bright decoration and banners. Ordering is done individually by giving The customer a pad that you write down your specific preference from The noodles, soup, flavor, add ons etc. Or you can also choose from The typical prepared flavor OF 4 Basil flavor OF butao. We got The original and chicken karage. The ramen is well cooked, The soup was delicious and well prepared. The combination is very good. The chicken is crunchy but tender inside with tue right spiciness. A good place for ramen.

The ambience is really good, elegant indeed. The price for the buffet is not too bad especially you're getting high quality food - I love their seafood chowder and salmon! I'm looking forward to come back!
