This is absolutely my favorite belt conveyed Sushi restaurant in this area!!Every time, they have something new and special. Seasonal menu is always on. Not only Sushi but they serve noodles, Udon noodles and variety of side dishes & dessert such as French fries, tempura, deep fried shrimp, ice cream, cakes, parfait, etc.They have seared salmon basil cheese sushi, which was my daughter’s favorite. It is always busy so I would recommend that you book your table or counter in advance.

暫く訪れることが無かったのですが、一年ぶりにランチを食べに行きました「何を食べても美味しい! 安心の美味しさです!」^0^/今回は「サバの味噌に定食¥1200」+「出汁巻き卵¥600」を頂きました必ず「出汁巻き」は注文しますフッワフッワですね!♪ 卵5個分で焼き上げてますから、かなりのボリューム!定食も一般のお店では、4分の1の切り身ですが、こちらは半身です信州は殆んどのお店が白味噌なのですが、赤味噌で煮つけてあります一緒に長ネギも煮てあるのですが、これが私のお気に入りで~おいしゅうございます♪値段は昨今の魚の高騰により若干、以前より高くなってますが余り気にならないかな?このお値段で小鉢も充実してますから私にとっては大好きなお店のひとつですね♡写真は・・・食べ終わってから気づいたので他の方のお写真を参考にして下さいませ~^^;

This place (also they have a restaurant attached to next to it) sells all kind of eggs products. Free run eggs, special Shamo Chicken eggs, custard puddings, custard & cream puff, and some local veggies.Eggs are somewhat more expensive but they are really good eggs. It is nice to bring them as a gift if you are visiting someone. Pudding and custard cream puff are delicious!!!I heard that the restaurant serve really good Oyako Don (Chicken & eggs on bowl), I personally never had a chance to try but I bet food is good in there!

Was in Nagano area for wife’s grandmother’s 99th birthday celebration this past weekend. We stopped by to get some good soba before seeing obachan. We arrived around 12:00pm and as usual, the place was packed. While the rest of our party was waiting inside for a seat, I went across the street to some cheesecake store. Spent about 30 mins there and bought a bunch of yummy things. By the time I went back to the soba shop, only had to wait an additional 15 mins. I sat in front of a big window where the soba master was rolling out and cutting fresh soba noodles. It’s pretty amazing because the size of the dough he is rolling out is over a meter wide and long!!! We were then seated in the back room, as our party was for 8 people. We had to sit in 2 of those tables on the floor. The menu is pretty simple, but all in Japanese. If nobody speaks Japanese, best is to point what other patrons are eating and then say “onaji onegaishimasu”- which means “the same please”. I ordered the hot soba with 1 shrimp tempura.About 10 mins later, the food came out. Soba is not my favorite Japanese dish by far, and my tongue is really stupid when it comes to soba. While I could tell the noodles were “good”, to be honest I would have no idea is they were made/rolled 10 minutes earlier, or if they were from a frozen pack. I mean its soba…and it was light, and not chewy and the soup was good. Now the shrimp tempura was GREAT! That my tongue definitely knows if it is good or not. So crisp..so fresh…great flavor…not too oily…just right! I should have gotten more shrimp come to think of it. Next time! We stop by this place yearly, and it has been around for a while, and I suspect it will continue to be around for a while. While I would not make an effort to go out of your way to goto this place, if you are in the neighborhood, and wants some good fresh soba, then this place will hit the spot!
