Not a huge fan of Japanese Cuisine but our visit to UMI has changed that. Exquisite food, wonderful ambiance and above all fantastic service - Cheli is a star! We were a party of 5 having various âJapaneseâ Food. It was just an offense. A Japanese Sushi cook would literally have to commit suicide by Harakiri, if he would offer that to guests: wrongly cut fish, wrong temperature, disgusting toppings. Even getting offered a replacement, we rather preferred to leave most of the food and have a Fernet in the hotel. People really should not offer food which they donât know how to prepare. Sorry, but I canât give a better comment, dear management.We apologize for your experience Guenter.
